Honestly. If she was speaking to the Swindon and Wiltshire Family Justice Board, I doubt the judges from that area would even have time to be there. If they did, it would be no more than a couple of judges. I seriously doubt there were judges there though. The point of the board is to submit a united voice go the central team. This, I presume, would be coded and thematically disseminated to the judiciary. And, no, there is not a chance a judge would change the way they do things based on what that cunt says. They make decisions on a case by case fucking basis and will be guided by the voice of the child and their legal representative from CAFCASS. Why they have some dense nobody from a hundred or so miles away with zero qualifications or genuine life experience speaking to them is beyond me

I was going to say the same, but you’ve said it better! What she fails to realise every time is when (if) she is speaking in front of professionals, these are not her huns who have zero critical thinking and would believe everything she says. They are evidence based, highly qualified and experienced professionals who don’t take whatever is thrown at them at face value. Professionals and experts who are used to working with multiple agencies whether thats CAFCASS etc and collect advice and evidence to make professional judgements. If I were listening to that speech I’d be thinking ‘hmm strong evidence - let’s see it then. Let’s understand why this decision was reached’. Professionals are not persuaded by anecdotal stories and drama. A person who is genuinely and authentically working as she says she does would not have a thread of here. They also wouldn’t exploit their children for money to the public because they’d see the irony in it.

She also can’t have it both ways - if she has no confidence in the family courts then perhaps she might ask for a full review on their decision to remove his sons from their mother. A court that apparently gave Josh power to breathalyse the other parent before contact. That doesn’t happen by the way! It is typically an independent party via a content centre.

it makes you think that if she knows the feeling of being abandoned by a parent why on earth she wouldn’t do anything in her power for her kids to not feel that same abandonment.
