I really hope she’s actually ok. She seems like a such nice person, in such a weird situation.

I'm even more confused now. Where has Stone appeared from in all this? Waiting in the wings - first mention I've seen of her?
She was at a Monaco ball last summer, Albert was escorting both her and the mother of his elder son while Charlene was in South Africa. I've no idea why she was ostensibly there.

She’s at the Monaco Formula E prix podium with Prince Albert and the children presenting the prize. She looks well!
I wish Charlene grew her hair a bit, the quite severe look isn’t my favourite. But it’s lovely to see her!
A year or so before her breakdown someone from South of France where Charlene was living sent me some articles from local newspapers/magazines and it seems there was some bullying from Nicole Costa (the mother of Alexandre) to Charlene. I believe this was around the time Nicole had moved to Monaco or was at least spending a lot more time there and she was muscling her way into everything. She believes because her son is the first born son of Albert and the line of succession works on male-preference primogeniture, she believe Alexandre is above Jacques, even though children born out of wedlock are permanently excluded from the line of succession. She was being rude and dismissive of Charlene which led her further into isolation and Albert is a bit like a ostrich with his head in the sand when it comes to drama with his baby mamas. Nicole also apparently made comments taunting Charlene as Charlene allegedly had difficulty conceiving and they may have had IVF and Nicole got pregnant very easily. Nicole is also known to spread rumours about the Grimaldis and is a massive social climber.

I've just seen the latest photos of the family in the DM. I so wish that someone could rescue her and the children, from this horrible situation.
She still looks so sad, but less gaunt in the face. I hope this means her health is improving, at least.
Nicole Costa really needs to duck off to the far side of duck. Yes, Albert is at fault for it putting something on the end of it, but Nicole sounds like a complete hole.
I’ve seen todays pics of Charlene and I weirdly thought “hmmm, I wonder if you’re taking tiny steps to recovery and building a mechanism around you to divorce him and get the hell outta there”. One of the snaps shows her with an expression of what I’d suggest is defiance.

Seems that Nicole Coste did an interview in November 2021 around the time of their son’s 18th birthday
‘Alexandre inherited my politeness, my great kindness. Albert too is tender, sensitive, warm. Alexandre looks like us a lot. They get along very well and are very close friends. They like to play sports together and sometimes talk about politics.’
Nicole did not rule out the possibility of her son playing a role in the 'future of Monaco', saying it was up to his father to decide.
The mother-of-three hinted at a tension with Charlene, claiming the royal had made her son feel unwelcome during the early days of her relationship with Albert.
'As for Charlene, this is a subject that I cannot avoid because we are often put in parallel. I don't like being compared. I never advertised myself as an enemy. I am a gentle woman,' she said.
'Given our respective ties to the prince, we should have made sure to support each other cordially. In our situation, diplomacy had to prevail. But during the engagement period, I experienced things that alerted and shocked me.
'For example, she changed my son's room, taking advantage of his father's absence to move him to the employee wing. As a mother, I cannot find words to describe these actions.'
However she insisted Alexandre has a good relationship with his younger half-brother Jacques, who is heir to the throne, and half-sister Gabriella, saying he 'happily plays with them when he sees them'.
Albert wasn’t happy she went to the press and talked about Charlene in such a way - 'She had just informed me that she was going to release something, I thought it would be just a birthday photo. It was inappropriate, I was furious to find that out.'

She does look physically well but all the designer clothes and fancy make up in the world can't hide that sadness in her eyes. What a life.
She has been legally shackled to the Prince for 10 years, she spent a year away from him. I get the feeling that the year, was the happiest she has been in over a decade!

She still looks tired and not exactly really happy. Something is still wrong even if she feels up to being back with her children.
I always think she looks like she's trying to be somewhere else (in her mind, I mean). Like always looking slightly into the distance? Maybe it's just the camera angles but I've noticed it a lot in recent photos of her.
Her face looks quite puffy, and especially in this post the area around her nose and cheeks look strained. They did say that she had a problematic ear infection, maybe it's because of that and/or medication.
She definitely looks better than a couple of months ago, but still not healthy to me, I hope she gets better soon. It must be difficult, not only for her but also the children.
