In today's video before going to Hollywood Studios, he showed himself and Bianaca opening up presents. She got an iPad, he got some sunglasses in addition to a pile of gifts under the tree. Then he showed off his new PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X along with games and extra controllers. The consoles alone were $1,000, add in controllers and games and it is probably close to $1,500 total with tax. With so many people out of work and struggling financially, he still had to show off all the expensive presents.

My son shared one of the Disney apts with 3 guys in culinary. Let me tell you, those dudes may know how to cook, but cleaning is someone else's job (turned out that was my son's, just to keep them from loosing their suite.) There are worse roomates to be had than someone who takes a coke and then you have the option of taking one of theirs.
There's no coming back from playing Mr PrissyPants publicly. Depending on who's name was on the lease, either that roommate left of his own accord, or Dev was kicked to the curb as soon as there was another sub-leaser to take his spot.

Was this the same woman he followed out to California Disney? I would agree he has a type. The back story on Bianca is that she was a fan and met him in the park. Their meeting for the first time in person is in one of his videos. He was aloof at first and then private messaged her later. I'm curious about her kid, I am thinking the kid's father doesn't want her on cam. Otherwise they would use her for views. He has featured his minor siblings and cousins in videos so he doesn't have anything against putting kids in videos. One time at the Grand ole Opry Florida video he kept "slipping up" and showing parts of the daughter.
