My first pair of maternity jeans arrived before. I ordered some Lovall ones as they do petite. Tried them on and they actually look decent! Will see how they wear and if there’s an issue keeping them up!

Question, i feel no nausea today..not even like vomiting. i spent my night crying becaue my partner and i had a falling out. For dinner i ended up eating a lot, like salmon, broccolini, beans and avocado...could eating so much helped my nausea when i woke this morning? i just feel a little blah and worried my crying and the stress effected my baby at 8 weeks

eating more can definitely help (if you find things you can stomach!) as being hungry can make you feel worse, which is why people often feel really sick when they wake up after not eating for several hours, or if they haven't snacked between meals. It could be the brand. I’ve had no luck with any aside from Ripe ones (not sure if they’re sold outside Australia though). Annoyed I didn’t find them until this last baby! They have hidden elastic around the denim part at the hip with buttons to adjust tightness and then an over the bump stretch panel.
Not heard of ripe. I’ve bought my usual jeans but the maternity versions. Going to try support band over them today and see if that helps. I live in jeans normally so definitely need to get this sorted. I think the problem is that they don’t sit on my hips (long body) so they’re just sliding down.
Sat at work feeling very queasy and rough. Not sick, but very off and the thought of food turns my stomach. I'm around 6 weeks. Don't fancy any food but babybels!! Don't know whether to lie and say Ive got a bad stomach and go home, or stick in in until 5 pm then go straight to bed!!

I've spent this morning bawling at videos of rescue cats. Hormones are brutal haha.
When did everyone start showing? I'm 15+6 and basically still look pretty bloated with a slight swell in my lower belly but no real sign of a bump yet. It is my first pregnancy.

Love both names! Emmeline is on our shortlist but I'm convinced it's a boy we're having. Boys names are so much harder I find!

out of interest how do you pronounce emmeline. for me it’s emmeleen like pankhurst.
do you think it’s too similar to emily as my partners sister is called emily. but usually nicknamed millie. i’d like the nickname lena for emmeline
Yes I'd pronounce it how you have! I think it's similar in sound but definitely distinct from Emily.
We're stuck on names for boys. I do want my Dad's name as the middle name and he wants his Grandfather's name so think he might end up with two as I can't see a compromise happening

Around 21 weeks I couldn’t hide it anymore, but I’ve not had loads of growth since.
I bought a beautiful memory book and box from Mabel & Fox and they arrived today! So happy with them, and got a twinge of reality that he’s coming.
