Energy drinks are still within the caffeine limit anyway as long as its just 1i have an energy drink a day but as for everything else I do stick to it even though I feel like some is silly I’m like hmmm do I really want to risk it?currently laid in the bath paranoid that it’s to hot so I keep putting cold water in. I’m American living in theNetherlands and the food guidelines are totally different in addition to how they do doctor’s visits. I never had my urine tested the whole pregnancy, and hardly had any tests other than basic bloods and genetic testing. I followed the Dutch food guidelines and it was basically eat whatever except the usual suspects: sushi, raw meats, soft eggs & cheeses, etc.

Both work and fit one of our primary name goals which is to give him a recognisable westernised/English speaking name, as both his surname and middle name will be from my partners country and we like the idea of mixed heritage ~ mixed name.

Looking forward to not being pregnant anymore just to be able to sleep however I feel like hahaJust jumping in here as my toddler is Arthur and I just love it, we considered Archer for our third but decided it was too close to Arthur. Honestly same, I could only ever get to sleep on my back, now I’ve trained myself to fall asleep on my left side with my pregnancy pillow but I always wake up on my back with my pregnancy pillow across my stomachmy least favourite rule, I’m counting down the days until I can sleep on my back again
