'A bunch of ' - eg stuff
'A ton of' - eg work to do
' I'm going to go ahead and ' eg sift the flour
' I'm going in with the' eg eyeliner
'I'm super-excited' 🙄
Veggies. We are not children.
This is a 'great space ' 🙄
'Price point' This one really grinds my gears.
'Can I get ' eg a cappuccino. ( you ask 'may I have' and the staff 'get you one ' , ie THEY do the getting.).
I'll be back with more, ok?

It's been mentioned before I'm sure, but "doing" a country, drives me nuts.
My ex in laws (mutual hate so already tainted from the get go) said "I think we'll 'do" America next year...
No you won't 'do" america barbara. you'll book a polished package holiday and the only thing you'll actually 'do' is pack yours and Grahams cases.

Arseholes.

Have noticed a new thing recently where people say busy busy, twice.

"How you been?"
"Busy busy"

I don't know why, I just find it cringey. It sounds like something a child would say but it's said by older adults

"Needs a clean" on some skanky manky item on a selling site. Would it kill you to run a cloth or iron over that crumpled heap you've flung on that unmade bed?🤬

"Assigned at male (or female) at birth"

I just bleeping hate this expression. It sounds as if the midwife is there saying "we've had 3 boys today so we'll make this one a girl" or whipping out a sorting hat to decide randomly.

Sex is decided at conception and observed at birth NOT bleeping ASSIGNED 😒

Simarlarly, when they say a celebrity is 'channelling' some trend or other, or 'sporting' a new hairdo. Urgh.
The one I hate the most is when they describe a pregnant woman’s baby bump as her ‘swollen belly’ 🤢
Hideous wording and biologically incorrect

"girlies" as in:

'to all the girlies...'

'weekend with my girlies'

🤢
