In the intro I realised, one of my fave things about Elis and Johns friendship is how hard Elis laughs and Johns jokes

I feel like the FB group snitch! Anyway, someone has complained that the show has gone off the boil recently (so maybe don't listen then?) and a lot of people have come out against Elis's funny voices. But for me, they're one part of the show where I properly laugh out loud.Welcome, welcome!
I wouldn't bother with the FB page tbh. There's a lot of fluff on there and it's quite smug.

There was a woman like that on twitter, she commented on literally EVERYTHING. Anything Elis, John and their subsequent endeavours (and their colleagues) posted, she was there. She commented on everyone's posts. I had to block her posts in the end such as she annoyed me.I had a scroll but it’s so dull and weird in there I couldn’t stay longer

There’s a def a couple of people (women) who I seem to see a LOT of posts from. One I clearly have v similar tastes to as she’s in a lot of the same groups so I have to see multiple similar posts.

She is / was harmless but she annoyed the F out of me.
I don't have twitter or fb now and I must say, I don't miss it.

I’d say I 85% enjoyed the pod. I dont mind LS at all but the only bits that annoy me are when she talks for a bit too long like doing the ‘intro’ to the second hour she’d written and just laughs at her own not great jokes.
off the cuff she seems much better EG ‘I don’t retrieve it’ but she amuses herself So much when she writes. It’s not just her - anyone who does that annoys me. I also dont like when she / anyone says words in a bizarre pronunciation thinking it’s funny.

Well, never thought I’d relate to Lou but here we are.
I don’t blame them for wanting to keep it quiet, if they are dating.
I personally think they might be. And I think as more people online are talking about it (in the niche PCD world) I think they’re trying to keep their distance a bit more - like not mentioning each other etc. I have various bits of evidence in my mind as to why I think this, but I feel listing it out would be a step too far on the creepy scale
However, for billy balance, I don’t listen to Lou Saunders podcast or know what her friendships are like with other comics. This is purely speculation from the Johnny JR content and when they’ve done the show together.

I don’t mind his stuff because he never asks for anything and is never nasty (that I’ve seen), even when people are dicks to him. He also seems to be on the right side of arguments from what I’ve seen. One of the few ‘big personalities’ that I don’t mind.
The two women who seem to have the most tragic lives ever who have both had multiple fundraisers however…..
