God, I loved that vibemail. Once again our JJR made me feel normal just by being honest. Yes, he is 'ill' but I don't think that's news to him. Quite the opposite - I think that's exactly what he's saying. Perfection is a sickness and he wants to find a cure.
I have so much empathy and sympathy for him on this. I needed to book some train tickets this morning which involved 4 websites, a spreadsheet and consulting with my partner...because I had to book the absolute best combination of tickets from the right website at the best price. It is fucking exhausting having a brain like this, and I hope, selfishly, that JJR finds a solution because I would welcome it with open arms.

I think some people post a lot of ‘woe is me’ in the hopes people will start then a fund page. Feels a little bit predatory but that’s a bit strong.

I'd love to hear a new series - I never tire of it!
I've been lurking for about a year but only signed up around August when things were starting to properly turn on Twitter. I had my suspicions but honestly thought I was just being judgmental! It was only when google suggested 'Jack Monroe FRAUD' as a search term when googling her that Tattle came up, and the rest is history.
I wish the PCD group was more like the JM threads at times - for example when GCs and Trans Allies disagree here, they disagree and move on rather than argue themselves blue in the face. I am a proud trans ally but know that arguing with GCs online will get me nowhere, so seeing it kick off in the PCD group every few months makes me a bit sad, tbh.
I followed the Hinch threads for a while, but she's just nowhere near as chaotic as Jack! Though I did have a look earlier and enjoyed what I saw.

I can't get my fire stick or Alexa to play them at 2.0 speed which is disappointing. I'm just used to the 2.0 now. I think its being used to taking meeting minutes and taking in info.Wow, I can't listen at anything but 1x speed. Accidentally had something on at 1.25 once and I could not work out why it sounded so wrong!
Yes, it's a shame the Elis/Issy interview is behind a paywall. I hope someone provides a cheeky link somewhere

I recommend subscribing to anything the School of Life puts out - their advice is usually spot on. It’s mainly a newsletter and YouTube videos.
This Worry Audit video they really shared has helped me so much.
Try the Dear Sugars podcast too. It’s an Agony Aunt type thing, but they often have episodes focused on people who are dealing with Anxiety and Depression. Huberman Lab and Feel Better, Live More podcasts both have episodes that can be very helpful for people suffering with MH conditions.

It was like that before the bbc days. I really dislike how it is used as content for the show and news is broken in the group first. It inflates the members’ importance and the group is not well moderated. Dave should take more responsibility, the group is intrinsically linked to the show.
