Does anyone remember when Millie bought a bunch of URLs that related to other influencers’ handles? I think that’s how the dramas with SL vs EVERYONE started. Honestly, 2014 was the Wild West on Instagram. I can’t believe I remember that

Yeah it’s been discussed on here about 475 times.

SL has had drama with nearly everyone I can think of. She seemed to be friends with Lisa Stirling for a while - obviously inherited each other when they both respectively got dumped by MFM. But that seems to have fizzeled. Which is good, because I like Lisa haha. She still seems chummy with Simone which says it all doesn’t it. Simone who claims she’s a size 12 and is constantly promoting Friday Flamingo, a plus sized “label”. Make it make sense.

I am not fully up with all this. But as far as I understand it, her company is in liquidation and not her personally. She hasn’t been bankrupted (yet), though I think she has mentioned that this may be on the cards. So I think in that case she is able to work and earn money.

Was about to give up waiting for her answer when she made her big pronouncement. Women with large breasts are like porn stars. She equated what she looked like with being a porn star. As a 10G-H female I took offense at this. I've never thought of myself as a porn star. Really disappointing choice of words Elle. Sometimes thinking before saying is best.And yes she'd do it again.

The use of the word “embarrassing” in this sums her up really - she is constantly embarrassed and ashamed of her appearance which is honestly just so sad. It’s all a her-thing and her own (warped) perception of how her body looks. You contrast this with someone like loving Ellie’s belly (still problematic for other reasons) who has been quite open with the fact that she had a breast reduction because it was painful for her.

I’m all for doing whatever to your body, including surgery or injectables to change something , within reason, as it’s *your* body but Elle is obsessed with changing all her “imperfections” in a really unhealthy way.

I’m sure you don’t have pornstar boobs what a bloody idiot she is. What does that even mean lol.

But also, she got her boob job to make her boobs bigger and then decided it looked like she had porn star boobs because they were too big? What? Didn’t she choose the size? But then she says she wouldn’t change anything? I haven’t put myself through the pain to watching it so sorry if this is explained by Elle but how does that even make sense?

Anyone else find Kate your mate problematic? She essentially has an entire preschool set up in her lounge. All gifted to her but she kinda makes it seem like we should all have set ups like that. It's so unattainable for most parents! And now Therm are working with her! How good would it be to have the best of the best for your kids without having to pay a cent...

Maybe I'm feeling insecure because I look like such a lazy parent compared to her. I find myself rolling my eyes constantly. Also, like just tell us your kid is a pain in the arse for once.

I'm an ECE teacher and when my babe was smaller I felt A LOT of pressure to have Grimms and get all the fancy educational toys that she and some other education influencers have lol now I've come to terms/happy with her little set up. But yeah, I enjoyed her stuff before she sort of sold out. I remember I found her cause she did a hilarious drawing about influencers!! Does anyone remember that??

I totally agree she does come across pretty judgey and all the talk about ‘schema’ and ECE language is quite eye-rolling in the sense that she makes out like we should all know about this stuff and how much better she is by using clever-sounding terms for her kid walking barefoot or doing messy play.

But I do like some of the parenting stuff and how much she talks about co sleeping and extended breast feeding etc so I still follow her, but also get the guilts for feeling like I should have more wooden toys and do more toy rotation etc. Then I think well my husband spends all weekend and some week days with us so I have things that she prob is envious of too as her partner is very busy with work. Def don’t follow if she makes you feel bad- it’s soo hard being a mum with all the social media accounts showing you ways you can do it better! Am sure you are doing great!

I wonder if she’s going to set up an in home child care after this next baby? She’s got quite the set up for it now.

Totally agree. They are surrounded by diet culture, weighing yourself constantly, restriction eating and a mum seemingly attributing her self worth to what size jeans she wears. Dave also feeds into this.

I personally have actually found it easier as a mum to be positive about my own body or body neutral (of course still a work in progress not always successful) because I don’t want my own daughter to have issues with her body, not see herself as beautiful or see me criticising my own body. It’s sad that both kids are around this from day 1, what will this do to their views? Elle has been promoting some kind of diet and trying to lose weight since she was a blogger called gin and rosewater…so you would think that having kids, especially a daughter, would make her more aware of the danger of diet culture.
