I think if they’re having enough nutrients etc through their food you can move to cows milk but if you’re concerned they aren’t getting enough through solids you can stay with using a formula.I'm wondering what we do about milk once LO turns 1 at the end of the month. Do we just stop formula and only offer water and maybe cows milk occasionally? Do I need to now move to the next stage formula (we've kept him on the baby one just because I couldn't be bothered with the faff of changing over)? Does he need to stop having milk and go to solids for all meals?
Also whilst we're on food - what do people do for snacks? We're a big fan of the packaged snacks, like the melty wafers and bags of melty sticks that you get but I'm starting to feel like maybe I should make a bit of effort and give him something that isn't UHP...
We use the melty wafer things too, as well as breadsticks. Tbh he doesn’t snack in between meals yet but I’ll give these to him whilst he’s sitting in the chair waiting for me to get his dinner ready or after he’s eaten if he’s not had much interest in food.
