It's similar here. Two different households can meet... But 'meet' doesn't mean no social distancing - you need social distancing if you're meeting another household in any situation unless they're a single person who's formed a bubble with you.Ffs what a palava.... We said they were not in the rules. In Scotland, if households meet there are restrictions to numbers.... But DISTANCING must occur. What's it in England because this photo sure as hell is not.
The main exception is a single person living alone can form a bubble with one other household - they don't need to distance.
