But tbf I only made it about 2 pages in before I started tying my noose and eyeing up a high spot to jump off
You know they never asked her to bring their bins in and I bet it’s not nearly as friendly as OP is making out…I knew it would be something in that vein from that sentence alone 🤣

Delia Smith getting arseholed and ranting on a football pitch is very unmumsnet behaviour tbf to her.

Getting absolutely wankered in Centre Parcs and going round the chalets looking for someone else's DH to do them up the wrong 'un though is 100% Mumsnet behaviour.

"Don't worry OP, we've all done it."

OP - I’ve got a grievance at work that I need help with. I’ve already spoken to ACAS

Reply - have you tried speaking to ACAS?

I was in Spain for work last month, left the Dfancy hotel to find a Dquestionable shop to get my Lays fix.
I went to Lake Garda once which is quite posh, but I still managed to find a Spar to buy my Lays in. They also sold cartons of rough red wine for 2 euros which was nice to drink by the lake, instead of spending 17 euros on a tiny glass of wine in a bar. Perfect picnic, wine and crisps.

They are arguing about frozen jacket potatoes. I thought they didn't eat carbs. Anyway, for what it's worth, I'm very fond of a frozen jacket spud. Although I agree with one poster that Bannisters are better than McCains.

I don't eat frozen jacket potatoes, I either make my own or buy the m&s ones with loads of cheese on from the fridge, it's completely irrelevant to the topic of frozen jacket potatoes so I think I should go and tell them all immediately so I can fit in with all the mumsnetters.

Sciatica kicking me in the a (literally!) today. Looks the the Mumsnetters were right and I really am Ddecrepit at my grand age of 37.

Also, my colleague who told me he thought I was much younger than that also told me he thought my nearly 60 year old manager was 45 so I've come to conclusion that my new face cream is not in fact a miracle serum and the lad might just need glasses 😂

I am so Ddecrepit I've booked a cleaner to tidy up all mess and dust the tilers are leaving behind. She also does ironing!!! Need to ask if she got this life advice from MN.

Have you tried cutting your calories to 300 a day while also eating 10,000 grams of protein a day, lift extremely heavy weights and don't eat UPFs and your pain will be gone in a couple of days. It's probably being overweight and not getting enough protein that caused it.

Either that or there's nothing wrong with you but the sepsis has caused you to hallucinate the pain. Don't go to hospital though because the DNHS is on its knees because of all the obese and benefits claimants. Good luck! *Tinkly laugh*.

I only order KFC now and again just for a pepsi max fix - mumsnetter logic

Nothing better than a takeaway thread on MN - We don't buy takeaways. For a treat we will buy some very good seafood and cook it ourselves.

Mumsnetters on takeaways… ‘we never buy takeaways, I can cook far nicer food myself’.

THE WHOLE POINT OF A TAKEAWAY IS THAT YOU DON’T HAVE TO COOK IT YOURSELF, JANET

....Why can't she just buy Pepsi Max?

Even if she's like me and has a weird fondness for the stuff out the machine, just go in and buy a big cup of it?

Methinks someone wants a bit of the Colonel and can't admit it...

I wonder if she also has to go to McDonald's and eat three cheeseburgers, fries, a milkshake and an apple pie when she fancies ketchup 😂
