I'm sure those 'what have you eaten today' posters are all lying. They all seem to snack on almonds and sprinkle flax seeds on every bleeping thing.
I started out well today, greek yoghurt with berries and oats.
Then it all went pear-shaped (like every day) and that's probably why I am pretty much shaped like a pear.

They are, but they are also a good source of protein and omegas, but micronised are easier to digest.
