Honestly regardless of the cause - migraine, panic attack etc. With the symptoms she had if she was behind the wheel could she safely control her car if this episode happened again and she was driving??

I’m a driving instructor and would need some sort of proof from DVLA that a person was okay to drive before I could continue with any lessons, after something like this happened.
