Nothing wrong with a bit of colouring! Making a big deal out of it and filming and editing a video of yourself messing up a simple pattern just for the gram is ridiculous but I've gotta say I do love chilling out and doing some colouringJesus wept, it's not often I am lost for words but a grown woman playing with a colouring in book! My two stopped doing that when they left nursery to start big school. She really is a pathetic specimen and just goes to prove that the majority of her followers must be as gormless as her. One thing is for sure when her kids are at school they better not rely on her to help with homework

It pisses me off that she's making a fortune out of a successful tip that any good counselor will give you.I think she stole the ta daa idea from her therapist as when I had cbt and even after I had my baby and suspected PND the first thing they taught was a list of things you did accomplish that day to stop you feeling like you’ve done nothing! The idea can work for those struggling but even her lists are a bit too tit for an accomplishment list to be honest
I used to beat myself up for not doing enough so it’s a technique they teach you but she just ripped it off for her book like she rips everything off. Her lists are also lists of lies

Yes, colouring is very good for mindfulness and de-stressing, so why Hunch does it is anybody’s guess, I know because she wants her shoppers to feel sorry for her that she is so stressed and overworked from lying on sofa all day

That montage this morning just shows how bloody monotonous their lives are. She was fit to pull numerous clips of the poor boy doing the exact same thing every day for the past 8 months or so. Dear God but he is living groundhog day every day. He gets zero stimulation. Its sad and depressing really and my heart is broke for him. No morning here is the same. The house is wrecked in varies ways every day and no way in hell would I be able piece together footage as she has just done. Its awful
