The stair gate looks like something you see in a children's soft play centre at the entrance when you go in! What a gloit.
The company specialises in dog gates so in actual fact she's now got 2 dog gates on her stairs. Wonder if they meet safety regs?

Some of them definitely don't meet baby gate regulations as they shouldn't have a foothold to enable a baby/toddler to climb. Imagine if they climbed one whilst on the landing. To be fair, although the company has used the hash tag baby gate on some photos their website doesn't state they are. Mrs Hinch promoting them as baby gates isn't going to help at all, I bet lots of people buy the totally inappropriate ones as baby gates, accident waiting to happen.
