Just randomly watched this YouTube vid of 'a day in the life' of Kylie jenner, and she said she started it late as earlier in the morning her daughter had woken her up and was crying loads and it wasn't the right time to pick up her camera and film.

Just made me think of these two and the fact they wouldn't think twice

P.s. Not a kardashian/jenner fan, just in a youtube blackhole but made me think!!

As much as I can’t stand MOD, I’m fully agreeing with her on this latest post 🙌🏻 Can’t deal with the ignorant fuckwits on it tho

Yes , the funniest thing ever was his bad lip syncing tribute to dear old Keith Flint whilst holding a confused and worried sausage dog ( in Si’s head he was being fierce, edgy and hip 🤣)
Oh yes. This was tragic. But then so will the white middle class Bestival set that they are doing together. They’d be laugh of the stage of somewhere with any real credibility. It’ll be MOD dressed in mermaid leggings, with her ‘peace sign’ drinking expensive cocktails and staying off site glamping with all the other instamums.

Hardly Glasto is it

Eh? I think wearing stuff like that, including nose studs, or lip piercings, as a nurse or doctor is unprofessional, and everything else I said. I would I didn’t mention council estates, you did. I think medical professionals should wear discreet jewellery and makeup.
Sorry, I took the “cultural thing” of a nose ring out of context meaning that it doesn’t belong in Clemmie’s culture, but rather in a lower class. Is that right?

LOL at discreet jewellery and makeup. Do you think nurses should just wear dresses and hats too?

I’m totally derailing the thread here but this general attitude towards medical professionals is insulting. Everything we work for, train for, and do on a daily basis is suddenly nothing because of one piece of jewellery that could deem us “unprofessional”.

Yeh for me it’s not even about whether she’s on a break at work or not

MOD’s clearly utilising the NHS backdrop (uniform, building, name badge) to promote her jewellery line. Is that a path that doctors and nurses and other health professionals are allowed to go down? Think of doctors sitting in A&E Wards (albeit on their breaks) and asking for photos taken of them to be taken with a Costa Coffee or whatever for an #Ad?! “Busy shift so bought myself my favourite Costa Coffee - now extra smooth #Ad”Can that be right??

Plus I think MOD and another user posted that necklaces aren’t allowed at work for “infection control”. I mean what happens if a mother got an infection at the hospital that day? Isn’t that an invitation for the mother to sue? MOD’s advertised to the world that she’s “accidentally” worked for hours with a necklace on that by her own admission, she was meant to remove because of “infection control”. Is that policy a joke to her or something? Or just used as a nice excuse to plug her jewellery? Policy is there for a reason. Imagine a nurse, for example, saying “whoops hospital policy is to wash my hands for infection control but I forgot until halfway through a busy shift. Now washing my hands with silky soft #Dove soap #Ad”

I am horrified by the pro-life supporters in that post. As much as I do not always agree with MOD with regard to parenting/influencing etc, the abortion/pro-choice topic is something I am very passionate about myself so I applaud her for this, especially as she actually revealed in that post she had an abortion herself. That is very personal and to be honest I find that quite brave of her.

They can’t afford to fly but Clemmie has over a quarter of a million registered as cash in hand and in bank on her Gas and Air Total Exemption full accounts on Companies House. 🙄

I would say on Kings' labour ward it is rare to have a really quiet night and is perfectly possible to deliver 2-3 babies a shift, and have to do cannulation/administer iv drugs/suture a perineum/resuscitate a baby/pull the emergency buzzer (and the rest.... 12.5 hours is a long time!) .
Of course, she's not getting as much experience as someone working say 3 shifts a week, but it is pushing it to say she's becoming deskilled. And actually you only have to do 150hrs a year to stay on the register (which equates to about one shift a month). I'm not a fan but I equally don't like people dismissing and doubting a midwife's knowledge and skill base when they don't really have any experience themselves in that field.

Anyone else off to Glastonbury ‘sans kids’ what a middle class wanker.
And a bit more time off the kids. Good lord these peoples lives are so tedious and awful. It’s all so fake and full of bullshit. The older girls must crave the time when the kids were there actual parents before they hit insta jackpot with the Twinnies.

Kudos to her for not giving a shit about losing followers over this though. I do think though that if she hadn’t at least mentioned it, someone would have given her shit about not mentioning it. So fair play to her for sticking to her guns about her opinion

I think she thinks she’s a trail blazer for being open , upfront and one of the “we need to talk about.....” panel , that seems to be the thing to do for Insta women.

Those of us who’ve had children discuss things as they naturally occur and do it without fuss but it’s her selling point to try to be at the forefront of “let’s talk” and making it seem like she’s a guiding light for the uninitiated.

Isn't it a bit laughable that everyone's happy to pull apart someones name (and perceived social background) - 2 things which MOD genuinely had no control over and can't help.... And yet 1 innocuous comment on nose rings has everyone up in arms 😂

Judge and ye shall be judged 😉🙈😂
You do have a point and I don't care about nose rings or tattoos etc..... my gripe is with these parents who shill their kids for money and freebies, consciously promote feelings of inadequacy in people, often at weak moments in their lives, refuse any kind of criticism /engagement, flaunt their wealth (while claiming their NHS position) and still are cagey and duplicitous about their advertising deals......

Did anyone watch the Louis Theroux documentary about mothers suffering from mental health problems??

There was one woman saying how she felt that she had to portray everything as perfect via her instagram while things were actually falling apart. They showed some of her photos, all beautifully staged pictures of her gorgeous baby, just like you’d see from the instamum brigade. My heart broke for her but it also made me think of these threads and how disgusting these people are selling a completely false and consumer driven lifestyle to vulnerable women.
I wrote a blog about this. Weirdly no one on insta shared it, despite several big accounts corresponding with me via email. One saixd she had recieved abusive messages from s instamum when she called them out over freebies. It's a nasty world. Plesse share the blog if you can

Next time I have a code on my unit, I’ll take the ring out!

FOD is now appearing on Gusto pop up ads on my FB and IG despite having him actively blocked. I’ve messaged Gusto stating that maybe promote the box to low income/struggling families instead of a well off IG family but no response.
The fact that Gousto only do boxes for families of 4, why have they got a father from a family of 6 advertising for them?

I think the screenshot of the whatsapp convo is the most damaging thing so far tbh. His daughter is old enough to say no to being on his cringe Instagram photo page, but now she won’t be able to trust that what she texts him is private. At least the little ones won’t remember being exploited, doing it to the older kids at sensitive ages is absolutely flabbergasting. What a cunt move.

I doubt 90% of the things FOD talks about actually ever happened. He rates his creative writing skills and thinks he's smarter than he is.
Influencers don’t. I remember reading a post on Facebook from Gill Sims. (Why mummy drinks/smokes/rants) It was a rant about how a lady in a shop had asked if she was having more children (or something like that) and how she was polite in response but then wrote a huge article berating and belittling this woman, as it what not her business and so many reasons women can’t/don’t/won’t have any/more etc etc. It was self indulgent ranting for likes and engagement. At the end she concluded she had chosen to have her 2 and was fine with her decision, so it was completely pointless. A number of people poured out the adoring fan girl crap, but quite a few were critical and upset for the lady who had asked her, saying she would be upset if she read it and she may have just felt awkward etc etc and that some people don’t find socialising easy. At which point she admitted it didn’t happen but was valid anyway.
They just sit there inventing bullshit.
FOD must’ve had his lightbulb thought of the day. Ahh!! Changing room!!! Penis!!! There’s a great bit of fodder for the masses.
It just makes you realise how fake they all are.
