what really pisses me off is that he is completely missing the point. Like of course we still can laugh and make jokes (and we should!) but times are really bad, thousands of people are about to loose their jobs, some children and women from abusive homes are literally prisoners right now with their abusers, the world is going to tit and if I was an influencer (cringe) with almost a million followers I would use my platform for good AND for jokes too. Like do I say some really inappropriate jokes at the moment ? Absolutely, it is what keep us sane in those times. But do I also have deep concerns for the world and people ? Yes. They can both go together and this is what he is missing completely. He’s still trying to get his ad revenue back without a single care in the world, bleep.

Exactly!! We are very much alright here, able to wfh, got tonnes in because I always buy in bulk as standard, and now I’m concerned about others. I’ve lent a friend money to buy a laptop. We’ve delivered stuff to elderly people, and are deeply worried about people who are finding this an absolutely horrendous. It’s no bleeping joke Sly!

I’m so sorry. To you and anyone you know going through all of thisThat’s happened here too. Mine hadn’t started but is postponed indefinitely. I know of loads of people who were literally about to have embryos implanted and they have had to be frozen instead. Others were half way through treatment and have had to stop, meaning that all the money they spent on drugs (thousands not hundreds) has gone down the drain. If I see another post about a baby boom in nine months...

I've lost track of the thread the last couple of days - head imploding with everything that's going on - but my god what a patronising twit he's being.
