I also got the same response today! But when I reported a different influencer for doing the same thing, the reply I got was that they were going to contact the influencer () to remind them of their obligations so it doesn’t really make sense.

Seems like influencers arent deterred in the slightest anyway. The ASA seem useless.

Edit re.FOD:
I'm not sure he knows how to live without Insta anymore. It would do him the world of good to get on with life without fecking posting all the time.

Having read about Caroline Flack, I am feeling somewhat weird about the ODs. Not that they are prime tabloid fodder and super-well-known tv personalities, but to them it probably still feels like a massive amount of wide, negative exposure, constant criticism, isolation and a loss of livelihood. Even if that livelihood wasn’t well or honestly earned.

They have the option to step away from social media and put an end to the exposure and being constantly criticised, but unfortunately fod is so desperately fame hungry & greedy for attention and a gifted lifestyle he has sacrificed his children’s privacy for it. So sad

True, but not having a drug habit doesn’t exempt anyone from depression or suicide. Anyway, yes, I massively agree with above quoted posts. He is indeed actively courting attention.

I wondered how long it would be before someone made a link between CF and the ODs. Whilst it’s very sad that she felt there was no option but to take her own life (if that is the case), her circumstances and life was polar opposite to that of the ODs. She was a celebrity, that was her job, she lost her job, was being prosecuted for a criminal offence and lost her boyfriend too.

People on here have been suggesting the ODs stop the circus of Instagram and seek help (if needed) and to live their normal life, a midwife and a consultant with 4 healthy children. They have chosen not to. They have continually exploited their children, their children’s privacy and put themselves and their entire family in the spotlight for the entire world to discuss. With that came lots and lots of freebies but with that come criticism too. The ODs are an accident of their own making and if a free lampshade is more important than their families health and well being then that is their responsibility.

No doubt #bekind will be trending for the next few days because that is what this world has become, a pointless hashtag, Clemmie wasn’t being kind when she called her husband a class A twat, or when she ripped apart the other instahuns or when she made blatantly racist remarks among many more things. Slymon isn’t being kind when he uses the images of his children to make ££££. Let’s not confuse these two fundamentally different issues.

And so it begins- influenzas all jumping on the CF story blaming the media, the trolls (that’s us) and negative comments. Mrs Hinch has, bizarrely, managed to squeeze a nice long meme in between her 8billion Disney photos on her stories. Also Mrs Meldrum has managed to not tell us how tired she is for 5 seconds to throw up a meme on her stories too
These people are nothing if not predictable narcissist- look this is what they did to that poor girl, that’s what you’re doing to me! Well get the fuck off your phone and clean your house and take care of your kids you basic shites!

Agreed with other comments here. If we were ripping SODs apart for domestic violence claims & criminal court proceedings, accusations of drug/alcohol addiction, self harm, sad rock bottom stuff that CF had to go through in life then yeah I wouldn't be here, and if I was would certainly be thinking about my part in things following the really sad news about her death.

As it is, I believe we're commenting on a man who chooses to post inappropriate images (the swimming pool changing rooms, the ear suck, etc) of his children, share so much they're highly identifiable (schools, address, grandparents' addresses, etc) therefore sadly at risk of god knows what, all for a few freebies. Someone that doesn't declare those freebies at all, as is now required by law.

We all know the terms and conditions of our employment. Clem chose to ignore them & was 'terminated', yes it's unfortunately it's so very public and will continue to be spoken about, but that was the nature of the beast? It clearly can't be bothering them that much if husband is still trying to play the influencer game on Insta can it?

So basically 'be kind' translates to arse licking, agreeing with everything 'hun' says or does. Free trip to another country, piles of clothes, toys, gadgets, 'experiences'. Unless your comment is praising, don't bother, you're a troll or jealous. Wouldn't most people like to be gifted piles of crap they can flog off at markets or eBay for lots of $$$$'s.? Then to see someone bragging about how they've managed to save thousands of $ in six months is galling. If you follow my tips and financial advice this can be you!! No it can't, most people have to work hard for everything they have. I don't rate Instagram influencer as 'work'. Rant over. Not even talking about the OD's here specifically .

A controversial and untested passenger rocket launch to the moon took place earlier today when the unexpected plummet of Virgin Galactica shares reached a record all time low. Snooper failed to #ad 'Virgin' throughout these lame offerings. This was immediately brought to Sir B's attention by members of an 'Instawanker-Hunter Group' which specialises in FOD related issues and is found on the 'Tattle.life' forum. The dedicated flock of geniuses give their time voluntarily in a continuing and selfless mission to hunt this Salad and stop him before he covers the gaff in his Salad Dressing. Sir Dicky was distraught when Tattlers revealed that, in a rap style fashion, Snoop Bogey-Fod (Slymon, obvs) suggests that Holly swipe up (slowly) and across the moving image of his torso whilst suggestively guffawing mad claims that he has "a bigger dick than your Father's name."

Following Snoopers disappearance into space his employees, aka the children, provided statements via gridposts detailing their typical working week and false promises of payment in #gifted products.
