This is totally in ASAs remit - it’s advertising that he’s not advertising- the guidance is to make it clear to followers. He hid the Ad in a 24 hour story and the Ad is sat there as a post, yet we don’t know what parts of that post are an Ad and with people asking questions about various products!
I agree completely it is really poorly worded. I haven’t had time to read it and ingest properly... but I think their point is because there isn’t a clear call to action eg affiliate link, discount code, etc it’s not in their remit to do anything. But because he is featuring gifts in a post the CMA should ask him to declare them. I think this just means we report to both going fwd
Yep, same. Will ask how advertising a product without labelling the said product as gifted, is not a breech of advertising standards? Is it that they need to go to the brand rather than the influencer? I don't really care who they bring it up with, but both brands AND influencers ought to be concerned with ASA regulations and the repercussions of not following them!

She goes on and on about preferring dresses to skirts and then has to promote skirts for most of the video. Not v inspiring. Also she looks like an OAP's sofa in that horror of a dress - she has a lovely curvy figure but that high neck, elastic waist and minging pattern does not suit. I am not a fan of synthetic fibres.

He has nothing else to bang on about. He appears to have no friends. Doesn’t seem to socialise outside. As somebody else pointed out earlier, they don’t even take their kids on interesting days out, not even stately homes
They don’t appear to have mates round for dinner or get invited anywhere.
He’s so BASIC. They’re bland and boring and it makes me despair that there are so many muppets in this world that aspire to these people.
I wouldn’t be so unkind if it weren’t for the fact that they’ve traded their beautiful children’s childhood and right to privacy for STUFF.
