I don’t get how she has titled it lock down funk? Her mental health has suffered before the pandemic started? Yes it might not have helped but the habits she’s formed aren’t the result of that?
It’s a lockdown fonk, I think you’ll find.

How much more is there to say about having a daily walk? She's repeating herself again. If only Kate Hudson or Fab Fit Fon had found a way to commercialise walking and drinking water, Khila would have started years ago.

She must genuinely have been doing zero walking before, 5000 steps is an off day/ quieter day for most people. Before working from home I'd reach 10,000 without even 'going for a walk'. I do hope she sticks at it though and I know everyone has to start somewhere. I'm just shocked at how little she must have been moving her body before.

So now it’s the moons fault that she’s crazy? What is this woman on…

Also she’s given up on 10,000 steps she’s changed her goals to to 5,000. And she still seems to have this mindset that walking = wanting to lose weight.

She’s also decided she is not drinking in July because drinking is making her feel bad. If you wanted to stop drinking then just stop, why only do it for a month. What is that going to help?

It's vulnerable Mik, not vunerable. I'd love to point it out to her but I'm not in the mood for one of her passive aggressive responses today.

Loads of people do Dry January or other ad-hoc dry months and it's not a big deal. Really I think she's talking about herself here and when she has judged people in the past for not drinking; same as she's judged people for exercising thinking they are just doing it 'to be thin'.

I think she would do well seeing a therapist, they are not just there for people in a crisis but to talk through the kind of issues she's using her YouTube to unpack (to untrained strangers).

No way! In her live yesterday she went on and on and on about how amazing she has done and how she wants to try some 18000 days

Why does she think she is the FIRST to try these things when in fact she is probably one of the last (in the entire world EVER)

Well in her vlog she did 5,000 steps and closed her ring on the Apple Watch & the rings are the goals. And she was done walking when she closed the ring 😂

Also in a vlog the other day she was complaining about the rain and how it had been stopping her walking. And it’s rained for a few days and she’s only been doing it for two weeks so how is she doing ‘so well’. She’s actually lost the plot… she appears to have gone on a total of 5/6 walks…

She should have started with a goal of 5000 and worked up. Going from 0-100 as always then finding its too much.

The whole ‘i rebel against things I am told are good for me’ is just so bleeping childish I can't...... 🤯🤯

Exercise does not have to be linked to weight loss AT. ALL. If you don't want it to be. It can be good for physical and mental health and helps you keep mobile as you get older. I don't know what's confusing to her about that!

I kind of agree with some of her points about drinking but she really doesn't need to make such a song and dance about it. If you have a healthy relationship with alcohol, maybe just stop drinking for a bit until the habit is broken and then decide if you want to drink occasionally. It doesn't have to be a drama.

During her live today she was going on again about how useless seeking help for mental health issues is on the NHS and how she just wouldn't even bother anymore. If she wants to think that and that's been her experience, then fine, but it's actually a really dangerous message to keep putting out there. Telling people who might need help that there's no help even if you get the courage to ask is not a good thing to be saying on the Internet.
Would just like to say. I’ve struggled with my mental health for YEARS having this exact same attitude. It all finally became too much for me last week and I called my GP. I can’t tell you just how bloody amazing she was. So understanding and organised help for me straight away. You can make a self referral with IAPT too if you. (Not sure if this is available in ever region?) so if you struggling PLEASE reach out to your GP. Xx

She's done a couple of short walks so she's now in her gym gear every video.... sad woman.

I wonder where she gets these ideas from. Does she just believe whatever's on the teen Netflix programme she's consuming at the time?

She clearly thinks that having a ten minute walk somehow means she's a fitness guru or something but that's just what everyone else does without thinking about it. She's so strange.

She looks like she is genuinely having a breakdown. Stop picking up the camera and moaning for ten minutes every day and see a frigging doctor!

She is. It’s so obvious for us to see. Probably not for her, denial. Compare her to a few years ago it’s glaringly obvious.

Reminded myself of why/ when I used to enjoy her videos.... it's like watching an entirely different person. The difference in quality is 🤯

I quite liked her back then although I have always found her a bit braggy and arrogant.

Sorry but her being vulnerable in the title? Nah sorry, being vulnerable is admiring you’re on the verge of a breakdown unless you get help? You mik, can’t admit that
