If it’s causing this much distress and you make 6 figures you can book a private appointment for about €400 in her local area. Dragging this out for content no one wants to see

She's said in other comments that she's cut out most carbs. Doesn't eat late at night past 8 I think she said. And said I'm so full from my first meal I can't finish it and keep the left overs. I'm sure she's said other stuff but I can't remember. She also said she doesn't snack when she watching shows and just drinks tea not ignoring her hunger no its just mindddless eating obviously. She's doing every diet tip that exists to cut calories.Her weight loss is so extreme, I am not buying it for a second that she hasn’t done something drastic to lose weight. She claims to eat more than Thomas and her Dad. Unless she has worms, or an incredible metabolism, that just doesn’t add up.
I started avoiding UPF and most gluten and refined sugar at about the time she apparently did (as directed by my GP after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease), and I haven’t lost more than half a kilo. And I power walk 7km daily!
Cooking from scratch doesn’t mean low calorie, it just means wholesome, normal food. It is no reason to very suddenly lose 20kg.
