Melanie Murphy #22 She's even getting on her nerves' last nerve

Just came on to say the same, she’s unhinged…Imagine posting this in response to people that are genuinely ill ( checked their insta) 😧 a few of those people were bedridden for yrs, lives destroyed.

Mel has never worked a day in her life. She's never had to juggle being a parent with a full time job. She doesn't know what stress is. The burnout she's claiming she had that caused COVID and then this latest vague illness is just actually hilarious.

She has been shading her husband for years. Making reels about being a single parent, claiming she has no village. Her entire job could be done in a regular day but because she's lazy and has no experience of actual work... She can't manage her daily task load that the rest of us do while working full-time and minding kids. It's actually insulting.

She's probably did have burnout because she's so used to doing so little that the every day tasks a normal working mother undertakes seems like climbing Everest to Mel. Factor in the that she's no longer the number one person in her own life(narc nightmare) and she's buying followers to keep up appearances says it all.

The pity party is proof it’s all about attention and sympathy because she was called out

, those people weren’t resentful at all they were putting her straight about her misinformation, look how she turns off the tears once baby wakes 😂

Oh my god I noticed that as well. Like a light switch. "I worked really hard" duck off Mel.

Why is she trawling these groups then 🤷🏼‍♀️

From what I remember there were studies done on the effects of exercise on LC patients there were evidence it exacerbated the condition,it caused small blood clots to form that’s what made it different to other viral fatigue conditions.

"You don't know more than the NHS" says the apparent long covid suffer who was never diagnosed as such and acts like an authority to tell people who were diagnosed that they can't tell her off for spreading misinformation.

She's honestly so smug and full of her own koolaid rubbish that nothing that reach her. The tears on the story were crocodile tears because she was saying she was giggling at all the "hate" comments in one her instagram comments. What an absolute troll. She really needs to stop spreading her bullshit and see a licensed psychiatrist instead of that better help therapist that clearly hasn't helped her.

Is she getting a frame for this mattress or will it be sitting on the floor in their shite mouldy house like the last one?

15 people on telling her she’s wrong and the idiot that she is, doubles down on the crap health recommendations. Why can she just not admit she’s wrong? Why can’t she just say this is all very new to me and I felt this was a sensible recommendation but it clearly isn’t and I’m sorry for the bad advice.
Nah, out comes the NHS or the WHO or some other vaguely relevant organisation who she joylessly misquotes.
Is it more likely that a dozen properly diagnosed prople are wrong or that Melmo the madwife has got her Facebook group factoids arseways?
---
And another thing, in what world does a “chronically ill” person decide to use their suffering to sell mattresses? What was she thinking ?

I saw that comment, using chronically ill people for fake health content has to be scraping the barrel, she must be mortified so many random strangers have called her out on it…Next up will be menopausal symptoms now that baldys allowed back into the bed ( probably the real reason she’s in a heightened state of anxiety) he’ll be expecting her to produce the third heir very soon…Saw this on her vid too.

I have one of the conditions that you can't see and people tend to say aren't real, you just need to try harder etc. I made myself more ill by trying harder, I cleaned up my diet completely, I exercised, I did all of the 'right' things and I was still in a heap(although I will confess I never tried touching grass). All I managed to do was exhaust myself and make myself feel bad for what felt like not trying hard enough if that makes sense?

In the end I finally got to see a specialist and was put on a combo of meds and it was life changing for me. I realised that actually I was ill and no amount of exercise or eating clean or meditation was ever going to fix me and I had spent a long time beating myself up for no reason. I hadn't realised how ill I was until the meds kicked in and I was like holy tit this is what 'normal' feels like. Fortunately I'm mostly great these days, I still eat well, I run a lot, I take care of myself but I'm under no delusions that that is what is making me well rather than the meds I scoff each day.

If Mel was actually ill then she is lucky that a change in diet and a bit of grass touching helped her. I do think she is feeding into the you just aren't trying hard enough narrative that can surround invisible illnesses and I can see why so many are frustrated with her. She needs to do a bit more self reflection and a little less self defence.

Wow, the crocodile tears in her stories …

*sob, sob* …. ‘oh my baby’s awake’

How the mask slipped! She is unhinged.

Reminds me of police interview footage you see of murderers who put on a show of fake crying, but never any actual tears … because none of it is real.

Pretentious wanker, runs out of the house to stand in the grass whenever she has a ‘panic attack’. I doubt very much she’s ever had a panic attack, just her own dramatic imagination.

And the nerve of her to say this stuff publicly, like the average person has the luxury of doing any of this. We all have jobs to go to Melanie. And not just flogging mattresses on instagram for a few thousand Euros, but actual jobs.

What should I say to my boss as I trot past his desk, ripping off my shoes and socks to go and ‘ground’ myself … where? On the nature strip next to the office carpark?!

She is so profoundly removed from the real world, it is astonishing. I would kill to see her have to manage a week in a real job.

I can’t imagine how Thomas puts up with her, he has to handle real responsibility at work … then presumably comes home to ‘Oh it was a tough day Thomas, I stood in the grass drinking tea with me socks off, between cold showers, yoga and bubble baths, and can you drive me to Tesco, we need Manuka honey and organic parsnips!’.

It's an absolute smack in the face to those of us dealing with real chronic diseases that can't be cured by walking around barefoot on grass. Honestly. What an absolute tw*tface. But if it brings in some advertising cash Mel, you go for it girl. 🤮

Hard to imagine someone with her following would seek out a support forum for chronically ill people to then publicly shame, mock and patronise these people on her own platform, her that hasn’t even had any diagnosis tells people they’re wrong for managing their conditions as they do 🙄 there’s no words 😶

‘This is how I felt’?? So… out of bed, managed to get herself fully dressed, sat in her office with no kids about. Sounds pretty lucky and privileged to me! A lot of people struggle and can’t manage even that much with LC and other invisible illness’. Stfu Mel.

Just catching up here. Had a very busy weekend touching grass whilst munching on whole sweet potatoes smothered in peanut butter #formyhealth

If she'd shown even a tiny sliver of humility in the first place she'd have come off so much better. She's so utterly condescending, rude, obnoxious, and removed from reality. No one could possibly understand how poor Mel feels 😭 the fake tears and sulking YUCK I can't believe this is a woman in her 30s so embarrassing

Jesus Christ. She worked "SO hard" for recovery. Like, ok? Congratulations? The chronically ill are lazy, are they? Is that why they're not recovering Mel? Lord give me patience.
