rape and sexual assault are so hard to carry through to ‘guilty’ verdict it’s so sad. 27/03/2007. The day that it happened to me. I had a witness, a camera (workplace) and a written apology because I demanded one via my solictor. It was still so hard to even consider court despite my solicitor and guards helping and believing me. Mental health came first and I ended up choosing to heal myself instead of pursuing him in Court and for me, it saved me. So anytime I hear a girl tell her story I would never doubt her(I know nobody here is) but these things rarely come all the way successfully through the process because of so many hurdles. I would love to see this creep nailed, to protect so many other women but also for those he has hurt.

Fellow rape survivor here and my case never got to court because of lack of evidence. Almost ruined my life.

I do think we should be careful discussing any potential incident- just incase he used the threads if it ever got to court. Maybe me being overly cautious, but would hate anyone to get away with something so vile on technicalities.

I have refrained from commenting on court or allegations as I wouldn’t want anything to jeopardise the case of the women in question. The odds are already stacked against them sadly.

However, I would like to think that in time people (including men!) start publicly using their platforms & calling him out for some of the behaviour he exhibits online...e.g. how do you make a whore moan/ Anne gate/ make a housewife out out of a whore etc. It’s not cool anymore particularly when you have a massive platform.

Could you imagine the difference he could make in the industry and the way it views women if he called out this type of sh*t the same way he does the pseudo science brigade? But he won’t... because he clearly doesn’t seem to value women.

I hope when his daughter grows up she realises it’s not ok to be treated the way he appears to treat women.

He uses his children absolutely inappropriately for content. C u next Tuesday as a classic example.

He makes disparaging remarks regularly about women, calling those who disagree with him feminazi’s and only seems to attack women who disagree with him.

So...sexual assault possibility aside, he’s still a narcissist and a dickhead. In my opinion.

This past weekend there were some amazing people presenting at IFS

What was very interesting was who seemed to be removed from the line up

For your information I’ll be making and intentional spelling mistake because Instagram doesn’t like certain words

Maybe it’s because good people don’t want to associate with people who have been ordered, by the civil courts to pay damages for secksual harassment of one of their students

Or with people who’s company was ordered to pay damages for the victimisation of one of their students
-
Or companies where the second in command was aware of multiple allegations of inappropriate behaviour by the owner towards female staff and students
…but stated, in court, that it wasn’t her responsibility!

I’m glad that someone like didn't present at IFS

And to the student that beat this company in civil court and was awarded the damages she deserved…
On the counts of:
- breach of contract
- breach of the equality act (secksual harassment)
- breach of the equality act (victimisation)
Well done! You worked very hard for your victory.

And I hope it will give courage to other women to come forward and speak out if they were ever harassed by such men

My specialism is high end recruitment and Head hunting in a specific industry, and department. I rarely work junior roles but occasionally I help clients out with them.
If my client gave me that job description I would be seriously questioning what type of candidate they wanted. No self respecting person with a masters would or should work for that salary unless they were desperate. The minute they had the opportunity they'd be out of there, especially with those working conditions.
Another reason he has such high staff turn over. One of the lost damaging things a business can have is a high staff turn over. It damages both productivity and reputation.

It's clearly a horrible clicky place to work, where the staff are over worked and under appreciated. I think someone would be safer working for Sports Direct by the sounds of it.

I have spent the last hour or more reading this whole thread... Yes, I'm a completely ignorant moron. I had NO idea that there was so much going on with MM and ex-employees! Everything I'm seeing on IG and here makes sense. Too many things tie up for him to be innocent here. Absolutely disgusting. These women... they don't need to be "victim-blamed" or shot down. They need to be listened to. They need support, and whatever DID happen, they need to be able to feel safe in a workplace, safe online, and safe in their day-to-day lives.

I just unfollowed MM. I honestly don't interact with his page / stories enough so he doesn't show up ohn my feed enough for me to remember he's there. I honestly just used his IG as an educational reference point for myself, but now I've gone and followed all the women mentioned here, and other male and female nutritionists who are just as knowledgeable, and actual good people instead of following that vile monster.

The fact he used the term ‘cried rape’, boasts about trying to get someone put in prison and thinks a friendly text message exchange is evidence he didn’t rape someone absolutely astounds me. Surely you can maintain your innocence in a dignified way and surely whoever is advising him legally didn’t okay this message? Way too much detail and overexplaining. Who is gonna read that and think ‘yeah fair enough, seems like a nice guy.’ Tries to say he isn’t a creep because women approach him and not the other way around. Says one of his accusers was ‘obsessed’ with him. Rule 101 of gaslighting - convince the person they are insane…this ‘letter’ is practically the manifesto. Absolutely gobsmacked.

there is no evidence to say either way, and before I judge someone for being guilty of a crime I like to make sure there is evidence.

no one has said out right what your saying has happened, it’s all my cousins aunts dog said she heard from the shop keeper. Yet the person you’re saying it has happened to hasn’t confirmed it, in fact either one of them

you were all convinced she was at court for it yet she wasn’t

These sorts of accusations can ruin someone’s life, and I’m not saying anyone is lying at all.

People like you are the reason women are afraid to come forward, is the word of a woman not enough? There is nothing to gain from telling lies.

He’s started his own podcasts and literally does one everyday! He loves the sound of his own voice and even said the other day he’d been speaking for half an hour and not even got round to the subject he was supposed to be talking about. I used to like him but now he also gives me the creeps. However he can get away with what he says to his staff I’ll never know and his babies well why did he keep saying on one of his story’s how his son was unwanted and a mistake and he wasn’t joking!

Honestly it’s hard to know now who to believe. Really think though if he was abusing her like she said why send him those images after it happened? Are we all too quick to believe the woman’s side of the story?

He can coerce you into doing things like naked photos, videos, masturbation videos etc - even when you know it’s wrong and how much he hurts you.

Until you’ve been on the receiving end of his love bombing you won’t be able to understand the dynamic of abuser/victim.

I guess it’s fine. As you will see from the images I just didn’t want you to think my friend or I had been sent the video or pictures that are mentioned in the evidence. I’ve also seen he’s added more stuff on the open letter on his website.
