I also love cheese but I read cheddar has the highest fat content of any cheese so cheese on toast is a luxury nowadays. I will not be parted from my pizza though, sorry!

I don't get the big deal about B12, I thought most meat eaters would have more than enough. It's only people like me who eat plant based diets that may be deficient.
Actually I read that when they did few researches they realized that those that eat meat are more often depleted in vitamin B. But I think it is because vegans tend to be very cautious about what they eat and so on.
I slipped into eating cheese after almost 10y of being plant based.
All the problems I have mentioned I had with absorption kind a changed and things got much better after I switched to plant based. I read that iron is much more easily absorbed from plant than from meat. I don’t know if it is true (obv not a dr) but it kind a helped me.
With vit B - nutritional yeast helped me a lot. Plus it is so good to add into sauces To achieve a bit of cheese taste .

Just watched her latest video and.. actually enjoyed it, I liked the outfits she was showing and it reminded me of 4 years ago Lydia when she used to wear jeans, leather trousers, structured outfits and actually dress like a woman in her early 30s

Some years ago this girl called Lydia, who had a bit of a bumpy start into job life, quitting MUA school somewhere in Eastern Europe (“I surely didn’t want to put make up on OTHER women!”),
Where is this from?

This UK Youtuber reviews a lot of different cosmetic ranges, often the really basic stuff as well as high end. Here she is reviewing the Aldi makeup, she has others about Aldi products on her channel.

This makes me more mad than the bloody raised beds...if that's even possible! When my Maine Coon was asleep all morning, I rang the vets THAT day and said "I know this sounds stupid but my cat is sleeping too much, something's wrong", took him in, and turns out he had an infection. I just knew immediately....you get to know your animal, you observe them, you feed them quality food, keep them in at night, get them checked regularly, flea and worm them...and you know if there is a change.
Also, over the years when other cats were sick and undiagnosed I kept going until I had an answer! Many vets do not know symptoms of all illnesses, just like a GP can't have all the answers. Demand a specialist! Don't let your animal suffer!
In Lydia’s defence it was 10 days since the out of hours vet had last seen Lumi. She had taken her to the usual vet in between.

Lydia had B12, you can get B12 IV when you have absorption issues in your digestive system and/or your level is drastically low. B12 get stored in the liver (don't cite me on that, I am not sure if it was liver and which part of it). A lot of it will get excreted but that is normal. Therefore, you should take dosages 10,000% of suggested dose since only 2% or so actually stay in the body.
Vit C is overhyped. It doesn't get stored, you pee to surplus out. It can help to absorb iron, though. Iron, btw, can also be administered via IV.
When I had issues with iron, c, and b i was given in a form of pills (of course)(also these mentioned are all connected- and if your stomach bacteria is not good- as you say with digestion issues- then everything gets out of balance. One goes wrong all goes wrong- at least that is what I understood ), and also my dr encouraged me to take them through food. When I asked him About option if IV if it would lasts longer- he didn’t say it Lasts few hours but he said that these types of vitamins are not as same as when we take through food. The ones we get through food are stored (in case vitamin b in liver) but Iv and regular are water soluble and they don’t last too long. This was a while ago so maybe IV is changed - but This doctor/ dietitian said the same.

Those fridges !!! ❤ ❤ ❤ Her kitchen is similar to Lydiot's but, I agree, Chase's is much bigger.

When 'Alex nails' was applying that horrid make up, Lydiot referred to their home as 'The Millen Residence'. I would love to know if (thick) Ali even catches these 'my me mine' references Lydiot frequently makes. She really has emasculated him where, in my mind, everything he does is either cheesy or effeminate.

Ladies, I had previously mentioned how disgusting it was that Ali / Lydiot always seemed to film / photograph their toes                Now every 2nd ad I get is this one with TOES !!!!!

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
Quite funny though 'teehee'
Ha! I'm getting Gardening Express plants, Harrod Horticulture greenhouses and Rydale boots 😂😂😂

A blood test in relation to B12 is to test for antibodies to Intrinsic Factor
Wouldn't you start with testing the holo-TC before testing for specific ABs?
I mean, b*tch has every other week another illness. But is dancing around the real (and obvious) problem like a cat around hot porridge.

Very true! Her numbers are irrelevant if she can’t produce sales. Considering how long she has been around she should have secured at least a couple of solid luxury partnerships but she hasn’t. The mark of success is ongoing work with brands. Low effort Lydia doesn’t appear to get the call backs.

I’m very curious how other influencers who do not purchase subscribers feel about her.

The people I have watched grow over many years all get to a point their numbers stagnate. It’s perfectly normal and has benefits. They have a core audience. They know who their audience is and what they respond to. In fact they can build better brand partnerships because of that and have continued growth and success without their numbers increasing. That’s what happens when you’re good at your job.

Fake it till you make it for Lydia I guess. All those subbies worked really well for Globy 🤣🤣🤣 900,000 subs and that shite “sold out” 🤣😂 Yeah right!

If she spent as much time on her campaigns as she does on lecturing and plotting her lies she wouldn’t need to buy subscribers.
Is it possible to do analysis on followers to see turnover rate, average length of engagement that kind of thing?

You can get IV (intra venous) at the doctor's office or subcutan (SC) for at home (I think it is rather subcutaneous than intra-muscular (IM) since that could be painful). If you have no absorption problems pills or drops should do the trick (drops get absorbed over the mucous membrane of the oral skin while pills over the mucous membranes of the rest digestive system).
Granted Lydia never did a blood test and the doctor gave her the injection (don't know if it was IV or SC or IM, it was a injection syringe) just for energy push reasons. You can do that but I would suggest a blood test beforehand. Her lethargy could have serious reasons. B12 can push you but its more a crutch than a solution (when you are not B12 depleted in the first place). And Lydia has a strong tendency for placebo effect, so I would take her review of the B12 injection with a grain of salt. And it is a pattern of her behaviour to fish for dopamine kicks in doing/getting/acquiring something new that would also make her euphoric.
B12 gets stored in the body since it is usually a fat-soluble vitamin (depends on the actual molecule). Vit C is water-soluble and flushes out with urine.

I thought the question was a joke since she and Carrie constantly say "shut the front door"
She said she was having a blood test but we waited all last thread for the results...still nothing....

What I find so confusing about Lydia is she keeps posting these foolish quotes on instagram about how she doesn't owe anybody anything and how it's a privilege that we have access to her but it's literally her job to put her life on the internet! I never asked her to start blogging and then turn into a youtuber and influencer. That was fully her decision. I don't think she understands what her job is.
If I was at work and a client wasn't satisfied with the hair and makeup I had given them and they asked me to do better, I would, it's my job. It's not necessarily criticism it's just feedback.
Lydia isn't an overnight success where she has produced something amazing and all of a sudden she's gone viral, she has worked for years and years to become an influencer and gain a following but she is acting like it's a chore and she didn't ask for it.
Lydia's job is influencing and creating content for her followers so yes she does literally owe them good, decent quality content, she does have to stick to her schedule and her promises regarding giveaways. HER JOB IS THE PRIVILEGE not the people watching her. She is such a fucked up cunt who honestly needs to be put in a padded
No its because you treat people like sh**
and the friends you do have you pay for.

Loved this advice! I’ve not long had a baby and have taken up running to lose some excess lbs and can see my body changing, but I am also heading in the ‘skinny fat’ category. Can I find banded exercises on YouTube?

I really love the Pamela Reif workouts on YouTube. She's got all kinds of different bodyweight exercises, a lot them also including bands.
