Yep. Fashion Weeks are essentially high-profile trade shows that aren't open to the general public. If not, Pompous Pampas Lydia would be there with bells on ... and her Dior bag and belt, of course.

That's botched. Clearly a discount surgeon as pros don't leave that kind of mess. That gap is unfortunate. I love that she’s done this! Fashion week content is my favourite. It’s so fascinating to see what goes on behind the scenes. It’s a serious business and not glamorous at all.
it looks like the pocket was not created with enough sternum dissection and was overly laterally dissected. Or she was not measured properly for implant size, bc implants go by cc's which goes by a chart that measures from the center of your sternum to your outer lateral mam line. It also looks like she may have a capsule on one side. And then from time to time some people may have a very curved sternum anatomy which of course is just how the person is built. but typically a good surgeon will recognize that and most cases they can correct that surgically or will adjust that by doing different sizes of implant cc's. Its hard to know without seeing her file and pre photos and post op photos. But that's a little background and guessing given I worked in cosmetic surgery for many years.Yeah... that's unfortunate.

Confession: I love the hatband/headband trends that have been around for a while since Prada and the Duchess of Cambridge really got things going. But the one Lydia is wearing looks so poorly made, like someone's 6-year old used a hot glue gun (with supervision!) and stuck on gems she bought at Michael's. Oh Lydia...quality is more important than quantity and as someone has said on this thread before: money doesn't shout; it whispers.
I liked this without reading the post but had to go check it out and ohmygosh. She even ADMITS it’s been a full year since the trip before bothering to write about it.
