She absolutely looks like a caricature in those posts!

Not sure how a free beauty treatment is classed as a 'meeting'??
It‘s clearly an advertisement and would have been scheduled initially as a business arrangement, I think this may be a follow up appointment?

I to need a foundation because I’ve used Estée Lauder for years but now that I’ve turned 51 my skin isn’t the same. I’ve been thinking of getting my face resurfaced to get a little layer off!
Try laser treatments. They have different lasers for different layers of skin. I was getting IPL for sun damage spots and was very pleased with the results. But then last year on my birthday I decided to try the most aggressive laser treatment and OMG the results were better than I could imagine. Downtime was maybe a day or so, but it didn't stop me from going about my business even on the following day. A wide roller that you put in the freezer takes away a lot of the heat in the skin after the treatment.

It’s so lovely and quiet in here today…she says as she spends a pamper day at Farmhouse. Yep. That’s because everyone is back at work. Sooo entitled and lazy that first week back at work involves a full day of treatments. Yukkk.
Yes, it certainly was quiet for Lydia. Previously, Ali & Lyds would've met their fellow SF couple, Teefers and Chaz, at The Farmhouse :)rolleyes:).
Gone are those days... and friends.

That is quite rare for an Estate Agent to want you to do the viewings. Of course if it is your preference then fine. I have bought and sold many and always found it slightly awkward when meeting the stranger who’s house I am just about to look round.

Hilarious.
It might depend on the area, (I’m up north in Derbyshire) but I’ve bought and sold 10+ properties and it’s always been the owner doing the viewings and when I’ve needed the estate agent to do a viewing for my properties I’ve had to request it, otherwise they’ve assumed I will do them. I can see pros and cons for both ways - I like getting detailed info from the owners, estate agents don’t usually know all the property details, but then it’s nice to have a good nosey around with no owners there.

Genuinely looks like she's dyed her hair GREY. I don't understand how she gets her hair so wrong all the time?!! No wonder she whangs on about it so much, c it's completely baffling.
I don’t get the obsession with ash toned hair or knocking out the warmth of any tone. It doesn’t suit everyone and certainly not Lydia! Warmer skin tones usually suit warmer tones in the hair. Even some blondes suit a warmer tone. I agree, she just looks grey

After 6 weeks away after my op I went to see the horses today. The mud is worse than I’ve ever seen it. No surprise then that Lydia is keeping well away from horses right now!
Ha ha...I was at the stables in my village yesterday thinking exactly the same thing! Muddy!

I keep looking at her tan mini Kelly on the shelf and it just looks so different to her black one. The corners seem quite round and it seems to be bigger too.

Her aunts and mother’s. Lydia will be redoing her wedding sooner or later, because it doesn’t suit her new personality. Question is will it be with Ali or a new husband.
Ooooh vow renewal before the eventual marriage collapse?

I just leave it here:

It’s coming from someone working with high-profile people (old money) where Lydia aspires.

I know it from first hand experience that the more she talks about her love towards H&M the less these brands would support her. She’s going for everything branded “British “ and “heritage “, but these brands want to associate themselves with the Royal Family, the Monarch, the Monarchy, definitely not with PH nowadays.

So I would say let’s wait and see, because I’ve (over)heard conversations for a while among old-money that they 💯 support the Crown!
Sounds like Hazza might be free quite soon…..maybe she will hang around Soho house more at the bar rather than the spa….

I think the important thing is to see a DOCTOR to get a diagnosis. I despise the way Lidl throws out self-diagnoses such as this one. I've suffered with Seborrhea my whole life and was told by the dermatologist that it's an eczema of the scalp. I have used medicated shampoo since I was a teenager. In bad the case of bad breakouts I have needed to use topical steroids. I currently have a bit on my eyelid but a little cortisone cream and it will go away quickly. There's no way oil is going to solve the problem and particularly not if it is actually Psoriasis. If the oils have any type of perfume it will aggravate the condition and cause a breakout (exactly the way she aggravates me). Psoriasis often extends beyond the scalp and face to other parts of the body and is more severe. I think we'd know if Elsie had Psoriasis. In any case, she wouldn't accept having anything except the most severe case of anything therefore she's diagnosed herself.
Is there any way that acupuncture could ‘cure’ the issue? It was certainly implied in the vlog by the facialist.

It depends on the estate agent. All the houses I’ve bought and sold the estate agents asked me if I want to do the viewings or if I want them to. I’ve always done them as I know the house, area, know the materials used for kitchen worktops, quirky things etc can answer any questions.

I think Lydia would think of herself as ‘famous’ and that she’ll be bombarded with ‘fans’ wanting to view so would leave up to the estate agent. Funny if a viewer stole her prized Hermes!!
Having just sold a property I can confirm that my estate agent never gave me the choice 😂! I was reassured they knew the area but not convinced they could enthuse about the pub being within staggering distance!
I'm sure Lidl thinks she could sell a lifestyle by wafting around in a long frock though!

Edited to add....it's to enable the potential buyer to have a frank discussion with the estate agent which they couldn't have with the owner ie about changes they would like to make.

Oooh Gosh! Thank Goodness you're back ❤
You'll love this!
Can't wait for the new thread where dear @Miscanthus will summarize the tea parties we were having 🤭🤣
I got tons of catching up to do, that's for sure 😄 Yes, she's our queen of capturing the essence of teas of the past, present and sometimes even future! All hail the queen!

I read that Jane Birkin used to carry a wicker basket for a purse. When she got pregnant she used the Hermes bag to hide her pregnancy. And Hermes changed the name of the bag to Birkin because Jane made it so famous.
I heard a different story, she was on a plane sitting next to a big cheese from Hermes and he designed the bag after chatting to her. I also heard that she doesn’t like it 🤷‍♀️
