I was watching reels on Instagram the other day and as I was flicking through them one of FODs came up. I don’t follow him but I know who he is, and I had a little scroll through the comments. One of them said something along the lines of “Your children are lovely, I saw you at the beach playing with your girls and just sat and watched you for a while”
it was bleeping creepy and if I’d received that message I’d have closed my accounts straight down and put the house up for sale. Do people not realise how fucked up this is?!edited it to add the screenshot of the comment

Thought the same. Seems the type to have to get one up or compete. Same with Loretta; she is always advanced, a genius child and out of nappies by one week old

I'd love to see her try and cope with a real illness like MS, Fibromyalgia, Lupus. She would be screwed.
Have to say post viral fatigue is horrendous and can lead onto being diagnosed with cfs/m.e. - it is truly crippling and compared to late stage aids and the fatigue with cancer and MS. My specialists words not mine. Every movement is like walking through mud and just trying to lift your head off a pillow is horrendous. It’s fatigue like no other. No matter how much you sleep you’re never refreshed. Like you never even went to sleep. It’s an endless cycle of hell. Wish there was more understanding and knowledge on it. Much like the post viral fatigue from Covid (which many seem to be more sympathetic to I’ve found)
So I truly hope she only has a mild case and recovers soon as having a child with it is awful.

Thanks for that, I'm a cancer patient and I've never known fatigue like it so I had to roll my eyes when I read her post, probably bad judgement on my part then. But I guess we will see how Lydia goes on with it, sometimes I find these influencers over dramatic and exaggerate for the gram.
I remember being ill pretty much constantly for the first 2 years after my first daughter. With my second I'm ok as I'm already knackered

Well yes, you never know do you? Who knows if she is over exaggerating etc.Hope not as it’s life changing. I’ve been housebound for 14 years now
can’t take my children even out for a walk am in bed all day. I do hope if she does have it that it doesn’t last for long and it’s only a mild case and she can wash herself and make food still etc. By the looks of her story she was stood up etc.So yes who knows with these influencers. I did think it was odd she posted about being ill right after Lucy’s announcement with her little boy. Genuinely thought at the time it was a little insensitive to say you’d had a bad week after Lucy going through that but then who knows!

She was at the NTAs last week in full glam so I guess she is coping ok... I'm sure she'll argue that, even though she is ill, she still needs to work because she is a single mum providing for her daughter but going to the NTAs is not work IMO. If she was really that bad, she wouldn't have been there.

The thing with Lydia is so much of what she says is performative bullshit to showcase how much of an amazing single mum she is that who even knows what to believe? I just think it's mega insensitive when her friend's little boy was on a ventilator and in hospital for a week to continue posting all about how she is "really ill"

No hate here (I, myself went through the Winston Churchill awkward looking baby stage) but her daughter reminds me of Sloth from the Goonies for whatever reason.
She’ll grow out of it and no doubt become a pretty girl, but all I can think of when I see photos of her are ‘HEY YOOOOU GUUUUUUYYYYYYS!!!’
