Not sure, but assuming they transfer to a unit which takes an even higher level of care and then back when they are more stable so sicker children can use the other unit? What’s with all the transferring back and forth between hospitals? Seems quite a regular occurrence. If a baby has improved at the new hospital, wouldn’t it be more beneficial to just keep them there. Surely the transfer itself is a risk?
I think they were moved to a hospital with more specialist care and then when recovered enough sent back to The Countess, most likely to free up a bed when they no longer needed such careWhat’s with all the transferring back and forth between hospitals? Generally patients would move to a tertiary centre for specialised treatments/procedures, higher levels of care that aren’t provided within that specific unit, but once they no longer need that they normally would be repatriated back to the initial unit. Beds in specialist hospitals/units are normally in higher demand also. What’s with all the transferring back and forth between hospitals? Seems quite a regular occurrence. Arrow Park is a level 3 NICU, for higher care needs. Babies who don't require a level 3 facility are usually moved to their local hospital so a bed space isn't taken up unnecessarily. What’s with all the transferring back and forth between hospitals? If I typed what I actually wanted to I would be banned. She is one sick sick bitch.
im talking about the police search of the garden. What the law says and what actually happens are often very different things. With one baby I think baby I they are saying they are not even sure if LL or another nurse was with the baby while her designated nurse went off for a break?
Reading about Child I is heartbreaking, she came back so many times and fought so hard
I hear you!!im talking about the police search of the garden.
getting a search warrant and putting the resources into place for that - isn’t easy. The police force responsible would need to justify their decisions to an impartial judge. There’s an extensive paper trail. They’d have had to demonstrate their justification before it could get approved.
then LL’s defence team would have access to all these documents and they will most definitely have gone through them, because if anything on the application process is weak - it makes all subsequent evidence as a result of said search, inadmissible.
there’s no real way they’d do it for show, there are simply too many barriers in place for that to be able to get through and it doesn’t really gain much for them - the judge will instruct jurors to disregard any media they’ve been exposed to.
the police will have had solid and robust justification for searching the garden and drains.
this is such a horrible, horrible case. Those poor babies and their families. It’s just all so senseless.Reading about Child I is heartbreaking, she came back so many times and fought so hard
Kind of reminds me of baby Brianna. Born very premature. Fought to live. Then brutally snuffed out.Reading about Child I is heartbreaking, she came back so many times and fought so hard
Well, you could say that the only constant was LL, because that's what prosecution are saying...but apart from her, the medical team was different each time, they may have not known too much about the previous cases.I asked the same question on the last thread; why wasn’t a thorough investigation started immediately when these incidents happened, all staff removed even, until they ascertained it wasn’t deliberate!!!! Babies being pumped with air to suffocate them, babies found profusely bleeding what the actual fuck! And not one person was pulled in? No one called an immediate investigation? To me, she did it, she’s guilty, but the whole disgusting hospital is to blame for letting a killer run free like this for so long!!!!
