Bingo! I found the first comment from “Victoria” after having Leo. I have had to avoid scrolling through posts with 500+ comments but I think it’s very unlikely she wrote on those as engagement was high. This one is an ad with less than 300 comments.

My firefighter partner committed suicide because of PTSD. The flashbacks he had from times they coudn't rescue people in time and the body recoveries from RTA's just devastated him. Perhaps he should have just put on a fucking yoga video and...voila!... he'd have felt "heavenly bliss...peace and freedom...powerful and excited...almost like a scientist discovering a new invention!"



Stupid ignorant bitch. Boo hoo, you had a difficult birth (like a lot of women do) and ended up with a healthy kid. Her banging on about her supposed PTSD really boils my piss, she hasn't got a fucking clue.

Sorry for the TMI, and I'm honestly not fishing for sympathy comments which would just derail the thread. But as someone who witnessed first hand what real PTSD and the associated flashbacks do to someone I'm just livid at her fucking ignorance. She can shove her yoga videos up her arse and FUCK OFF.

Biiig feels for this. I won't dwell on it with you 'cause you're right, it'll derail the thread, but I've lost two people to suicide after significant PTSD battles too - really feel this and really hate the way this vapid, dim-witted, utterly self-centred bitch goes on about hers + actively perpetuates whatever nonsense she's thinking/feeling rather than sorting it out.

Why does she talk about a two year old not sitting still in a restaurant as an unusual thing? The poor thing dragged out for fancy meals out and it's like he's so annoying we had to keep going for walks. All the money and time they have and they choose to go on holidays without even considering the poor boy no mention of bringing a bucket and spade for him or even anything positive at all.

I don’t know, I’m shooken myself that a just-turned-two-year-old isn’t bowled over in awe at a bit of freshly cooked bass. You’d think he’d be stunned into appreciative silence for the entire meal. It’s a well known developmental milestone.

Bit of turtle goss for y'all:

- there haven't been any live classes since 20th Dec
- they appear to have cut ties with their yoga instructor (Annie - who is amazing and a lovely teacher)
- they are doing a January challenge which is all on-demand videos...members speculating as to whether this will be new content or just old replays

Basically their service has taken a significant dip. There are some cliques within turtle (and def some fans) who will likely support them regardless, but a lot of us hold the view that they need to pull their finger out.

Reason being she posted how she was crapping herself so much last week that she couldn’t care for her child, needed an athletes diet, needed a room to herself and then crapped in the van!!! So the amount of people questioning how she can sit on a 10hr flight directly after travelling back from skiing and be well enough to go on yet another long haul holiday will give her PTSD……oh …..wait

I can definitely imagine she has spent an absolute fortune on private doctors but to say ‘a disgusting amount on medical expenses’ sounds ridiculous when she is in the UK and has the NHS. Again showing her privilege that she can bypass waiting lists and afford as many consultations and treatments as she wants. It’s a choice to spend that much, not available to most people. The care that saved her life didn’t actually cost her a penny.
