What the duck is the point of that picture?! No context blood vials 😂 they’re not all for her are they so it’s stupid. Laughing at Loopy Lou taking a quick snap while the nurse’s back was turned 😂😂

She’s an absolute nut job.

Not sure how true this is or if it would even happen, but can you imagine how annoyed Sam’s next door neighbour would be?
I don’t think Sam will win but could totally see him doing something like those competitions ITV have. I’d be surprised if they don’t,at least, ‘try’ him out on something.

He’s still fave to win. Everyone that’s left so far has backed Sam to win. TT must by furious?

Two shows on ITV have mentioned this spin off today but they’re still in the jungle so they wouldn’t even know about the idea. Would be hilarious though. Brian would be fuming. Extra fuming 😂

Angry seemed extra snappy and angry this morning whilst TT was twittering on whilst they did that ridiculous advent calendar. Get the boy a chocolate advent calendar and take him to a speech therapist TT.

She must be totally spiralling that Sam is fav to win and he’ll have lots of opportunities afterwards. So she throws in a medical picture 😂

I wonder how they got on as children. I bet they were both hard work for different reasons!
Nah Louise would have been golden child and best at everything, Sam the neurodivergent dumb black sheep little brother. That’s why Louise always has to be both clever and special and everything’s always a competition :)

I remember Louise saying before that Sam was her best friend and that they should have been twins… in other words I think he just lived in her shadow and she bossed him about. I’m so happy for him that he’s nothing like her!!

I’d like to nominate ‘Sam Thompson’s Nephew’s Mother’ or simply ‘Leo’s Mother’ as a thread title at some point. The latter, especially, because it’s what she should be doing/part of her identity, but emphatically isn’t.

(I think it’s a bad idea to ‘diagnose’ Leo with autism at this and any point. I’m autistic myself, and have to deal with the stigma of my condition, the daily struggles to act within and interact with society, being designated as ‘odd’, ‘unlikeable’, ‘different’, ‘other’, masking, sensory overload et cetera - there are so many different manifestations of autism, and I feel that in our zeal to be fully inclusive, we can see ‘symptoms’ where there is none. If you’ve met one autistic person, you’ve met one autistic person. Global speech delay isn’t necessarily a component of autism, and can be an indicator of a plurality of conditions. And many individuals with autism have no such delay: I started speaking at seven months, reading at eleven. But life has been often intolerably hard, nonetheless.)

I’m so sorry life has been so hard. My kids are autistic and they both find life incredibly difficult. I agree that a speech delay alone doesnt indicate autism but I think it would pay for Louise to be mindful as nursery have brought up the speech issue and her brother is autistic and has adhd and a lot of people think autism is genetic but speech alone like you say is not an indicator.

The dummies and bottles at his age hardly help his speech development. They appear to have wanted to keep him silent and now there are questions she’s pushing him to repeat after her. The whole kids on SM thing really is so sad.

Chrons & Colitis week ends tomorrow. As always posting this very late in the day.

Worried about agressive bowel cancer in her family but left it a month before seeing anyone about blood in her poo.

Of course has to mention her trauma.

of course things are worse again right now. When Sam is in the jungle.

Where is that bingo card!!

Oh forgot to add of course she was the poster girl for health prior to having blood in her poo. 🙄 not exactly what I would say given her party history on MIC.

I mean good on her for raising awareness with this and I'm sorry she's had a tough time with it, but I'm so glad her one real condition is about poo. Imagine how insufferable she'd be if it was about something 'trendy' 😂

I’m so sorry your kids are going through it. Life can get easier if you’re okay with being a square peg. I’m much more at home in myself these days (apart from the unavoidable times I have to deal with strangers, which happens far too often) - just realising that I am what I am, and the things that matter to me - integrity, decency, sincerity - can’t be toppled by societal pressures or expectations.
-I didn’t know that Sam is autistic; I thought he’d been diagnosed with ADHD?

I don’t have an issue with her talking about genuine health conditions for herself. It’s just the usual essays, exaggerations, trauma tropes, not so subtle bragging that she just can’t resist including that give me massive eye roll.

TLDR (and she's boring as duck)

He has even, but the doctor/specialist also said she's positive he also has autism, but he chose not to be tested at that point

I have ulcerative colitis like Louise, so I was waiting for her to acknowledge Crohns & Colitis awareness week with an essay. I have a touch of the old health anxiety and fortunately I have done my research so I know what to look out for in myself, and what symptoms there can be and treatments that are available. Her post is so triggering. If I hadn’t been diagnosed but was having similar symptoms her post would’ve absolutely tipped me over the edge with anxiety. Not all cases result in hospital and ambulatory care, luckily mine didn’t. I think her post is raising awareness in only the fear of the disease, and nothing about the charities and help that is around for it. She could do SO much more on her platform for this disease than she does.
