Yeah I grew up speaking only irish in west Ireland, and that name is the most anglicised shite I’ve ever heard. It screams “I’m desperately googling alty irish names despite not being able to pronounce them properly”. I’ve never even heard of the word before so can only assume it’s a recent enough definition to our already diluted native language
