Jesy is out partying tonight with her friends because the song is number 1 in 38 countries and Nicki is there too. I’ve heard the song and I don’t think it’s all that I can barely understand what she’s singing most of the time.

Virtually every news article on her is to do with blackfishing and not the merit (or therefore lack of) of the song itself. She's always blackfished, she just hasn't ever been able to post a whole video glorifying her behaviour before/hasn't been the sole focus so she's gotten away with it.

There’s no new single announced as of yet. The video of them talking about Cut You Off doesn’t mention that it’s a single, it just says it’ll be available on the album.
