My mother was a community nurse when we were small, people are telling me about how she helped them 40 years ago when the health board wouldn’t. The cup of tea and let’s see what we can do attitude. No one will be talking about you like this lisa. That’s the biggest lesson my mum taught me in life is help people without looking for praise. All Instahuns could take that on board.

This one has the notion she is helping with all the discount codes buts as we can see there are not exclusive to her, and I genuinely think ninety percent of those messages are made up to fill her page and create hype.

These messages are so obviously fake. A surprise trip to where he is from!!! Wow big spender. Probably staying with family and getting the Christmas visit duty done all under the guise of a surprise trip. He is so cheap and she is so stupid. If that was my fella I'd be saying go yourself. I want a trip where there's no family and where you might have to put your hand on your pocket.
