I honestly cannot understand why they don’t send Grey to a nursery / child minders one or two days a week. Or even just a few mornings. For the social aspect if not anything else, not like they can’t afford it
She is tight with money. She rather save up for a house for her, god knows if Grey even wants to be in the UK ffs

For someone who is so so so tight she really has completely wasted so much money on her house because she rushed it and didn’t think about what was needed.

I don’t think Lily wants Grey mixing with the plebs.

I honestly don’t think she has wasted a cent. You can’t waste it if you didn’t pay for any of it.

Does she not worry that Grey isn’t socialising with other babies? If not to help Lily and Rich to work from home, can she not send Grey to nursery for one day a week so she can be with other children.

Also I thought Hannah or Debs pregnant at the same time as her. Unless she doesn’t post it on insta but it doesn’t seem like they socialize much with other babies.

And she had so much gifted, which of course she could not decline, so the choices are so weird. Those bathroom tiles! The huge kitchen but tiny fridge/freezer.... The barn door for the toilet downstairs.... 'I am the first in Britain to have one of these'. Yup, very childfriendly....

Ok, honestly f*ck her. This is so smug. Oh its HANDY to have Rich work from home?

1. Its incredibly privileged that his work was allowing him to keep his job and reduce his work days
2. There is a pandemic. WFH isn't fun. Its isn't normal.
3. Lol sucks for you single parents

Its always all about her. She can at least pretend to sounds grateful that she's able to run out of the house for a same day appt and have a partner that is able to help

she acts like her hubby is a bloody tool.... i mean, Get a grip lily pebbles (god knows what her surname is )

I am sure she 100% wouldn't understand why some people are single parents. Her thought process are sometimes like my granny 'I don't understand why people wouldn't want baby' 'I don't understand why people don't work hard enough, they must be lazy' 'I don't understand why people are single'

Hello 👋🏻 new person here but I started reading this thread recently as I thought something is not quite right with Lily.
I only started followed her when she got pregnant, before that I haven’t even heard of her. However my little one is two months older than Grey and I was thinking y don’t they get a playpen to put in that area? They can put all of Grey’s toys in there and she can entertain herself whilst Lily can do some work next to her.
When I have to study in my laptop and little one is awake that is what I do.
Also yes it is super annoying moaning all the time, I am not saying the stitches are not uncomfortable but we don’t need a constant reminder. And if they hurt so much how can you lie on your back?

Exactly my point, my daughter loves the childminders so much. She only goes 1 and a half days but it always looks like she is having so much fun with the other children and toys. Plus, it’s so good for the development to learn from other children.

It baffles me because she literally had a c section which is a major operation and I don’t remember her complaining as much about that

I find it super weird that Grey doesn't spend any time with her cousins, they are all so close in age. Her sisters live close by, they could have playdates and even a few hours would give Lily time to do some work. Her whole family dynamic is weird. Since she had Grey she never mentions her nieces and nephews.

Not saying this to stick up for lily but Maybe the reason she doesn’t socialise much with her friends or send Grey to nursery when she has a non essential job is because we are still in a global pandemic

I think she does see her family a lot but just doesn't always mention it - they are often in the background of stories whenever they go anywhere at weekends

Wound got infected and she is climbing up and down touching up her wall. Hmm. Maybe it healed but part of me think she overdramatized the whole thing

Yeah, I think so too. They all went away to celebrate her dad's birthday recently and I'm sure her dad (and maybe mum?) was with them when they went to Pergola and Hills Gardens in Hampstead Heath recently as well.

Haha what with parents painting over their kids toys because it is too colorful. The other I saw someone painted over their kid’s kitchen in some farrow ball paint because the original color doesn’t go with the house lol
