I'll give her the benefit of the doubt this /one/ time, just because it seems out of character.
1. I noticed a lot of American influencers posted their wedding pictures to celebrate Father's day. Here my fav Mary Orton.

2. At the end of the vlog, she did say she felt sad that her father was away and that she couldn't wait to see him next weekend. That was filmed before Josie started dropping pictures.

3. Leo can't post one video without speaking about her wedding, she's still very much in love with the all thing. She's also referencing it and reposting pictures of it. The timing was in poor taste, but I'm going to believe it wasn't meant with ill intent.

4. I think social media is so weird during these times. I have a very private instagram I still don't post anything on Mother's and Father's days. Some of my friends have lost their parents, some had awful people as parents. You'll never know what it could trigger in anyone. You want to wish happy fathers day to your dad ? Text him, go see him. Why does it have to be public ?

I think they are basically in a bubble. An eccentric, wealthy, posh/country bubble. I wouldn't think for a moment Leo or her mother have ever set food in a Poundland or have any idea of what most people go through on a daily basis. The events they go to, the lavish parties they throw, the wine cellar, the travelling, the jewels, the designer clothing. It must be nice in a way, to be so utterly detached from reality.

She’s a breath of fresh air compared to the others. I do sense more and more brands being linked let’s hope she doesn’t end up like Josie .

Yep I knew she was on her family’s farm. Just didn’t know where. Thanks! One other question: Would Josie and Lydia also be jealous of the location? They are so far up Cotswold a$$ despite not living there but I’m not sure how it compares to Henley area. Either way Leo’s family plot is gorgeous and enviable. I tend to agree that she’s probably more genuine than spoiled (I mean behavior wise spoiled..,she’s clearly privileged). I’ll tell you way; despite us only seeing an edited version of her life I don’t get the sense that her friends or family are ever annoyed at her. Mark genuinely seemed neutral to happy driving her into London her hungover state the morning after his birthday party. Can you imagine the disdain that would be on Ali G’s face with drunk Lydiot?!? And the shortness with which both Charlie and Josie regard each other.

Whilst I still like Leo, I really was put off by her intro discussions re the Mallorca house. It’s your parents’ house girlie but she makes it sound like it’s bought and paid for by her and Marcus alone.

I think what Leo needs to be more of is consistent. Unfortunately, I don't believe she has the fire in her belly to do this. She wants for nothing in her life, she doesn't have to earn.... Its a shame she can't find a happy medium even. I don't think she can grow into a big time influencer with so little content.

This is honestly why I find her a bit fascinating. It’s a hobby or interest for her. She doesn’t have to hustle like Miss QVC Costwolds Josie does for a living which means without the passion to post content consistently she won’t become a big time influencer. The potential is there but without the drive it’s just… lacking. I don’t think the Josie/Lydia/Freddy/Frow contingent are worried about her which I find vexing as she could show what posers they are if she really wanted to make a true go of being an Influencer.

I was getting annoyed the longer the video went.. until the bit about her grandmother. I know everyone's loses their grandparents, and it's the cycle of life, but to me it was a personal tragedy, so I appreciate her sensibility.

On a more snarky note, I think Leo hasn't fully grasped what "strong independent woman" actually means lol.

Whilst there is no denying the house in Majorca is beautiful. The gardens are gorgeous and the weather looks perfect, I honestly don't feel any jealousy at all watching the "party" video. It's all just SO over the top. The party planners, the caterers, the serving staff, the musicians, the DJ, the speeches (posh people doing speeches I find so cringe), the formality of it all. This for somebody's 30th. Imagine the cost!? I wouldn't want to be a guest. Making small talk with such pretentious people who don't live in the real world. I'd much rather just go to the local curry house for a delicious dinner with friends.

Also. Leo's dress is SUCH a strange choice. To me it's quite an informal "day" dress, not a party dress.

I can’t help but sense Leo’s over egging her work engagements. To claim on her stories she shot “15 campaigns” yet in reality it’s more like doing a few photos for companies who have sent her a couple of items like Alexandra Miro or Holland cooper . It’s not as if she’s got the closing part of the Victoria’s Secret catwalk or a two year campaign contract for Burberry

It’s nice but it is dated. The Cartier choker and earrings very 80s, the 2 Cartier watches one is balloon the other Bagnoire both very dated imo. Mark probably hasn’t got the cash to fund a love bangle without using her debit card . The van cleef is her mothers .

She has the Cartier nail bangle . Which is new.

I agree the mother has built up a collection of good stuff. The Cartier wouldn’t sell for much it’s so dated . The van cleef would do a bit better because it’s still current .

I agree it’s a bubble. She pretends to be “grateful” etc but really she is spoilt and clueless as to how the majority of the country live and think .

Meanwhile she’s had a huge amount of comments about her tall flowers being the wrong choice at her event !

She needs to stop trying to wear it with milkmaid fashion. And lean into some updated badass Dynasty looks. That would be something different and she has the look for it. Ditch the husband daddy bought her and steal one of his friends from his wife. They are all about the age where they do the final wife trade in.

I kid. But I think I may have a career writing storylines for influencers who want to do something new on their channels

Yes, she likes to pretend it’s all her. But the house you see in the vlogs is her parents and she and Mark live there. Everything is owned by her parents.
She likes to talk in the ‘I’ form but it’s all her mother who’s designed and decorated literally everything. She does zero. Every party is designed by her mother, all of it. The birthday party for her brother that was done in Mallorca where she said that she had done all the decorations and table etc…. All of it done by her mother… it’s all lies

Finally a thread on Leonora Smug. That isn’t her house it’s her parents. I know the house in hambledon. I once asked her where she lived and she said in the guest house in her parents garden even after she married that creepy guy who is massively older than her. Bit strange isn’t it? A married couple living at home. She’s 23/24 he’s knocking on 40. Several failed directorships and the companies had no money to speak of.
I’m assuming her parents finance everything as she doesn’t have a proper career outside of influencing and vapid shopping afternoons at Bicester village.
I think I once said she should show a bit more humility as the constant “aren’t I clever?” Attitude actually isn’t very attractive when you know this person has worked for nothing. Everything handed to her on a silver platter. I’m sure she would post one of her inspiring fridge magnet quotes if she thought anybody doubted her authenticity.

I also don’t understand constantly posting her wedding photos. Even doing stories on them. Yes you had a lavish wedding… what is she expecting? Comes across as childish. Says that people constantly ask to see wedding photos yet they litter her account.
What she means is she wants to remind everybody how much money her family has. I find her nauseating my husband said she one of those girls who thinks she’s utterly gorgeous when she’s actually quite ordinary.

Just started watching her latest vid (after fast forwarding through the Lily Silk flogging). She's in her car outside Claridges putting on her Jimmy Choo boots. She's wearing the brown Lilly Silk stuff and I don't know what is going on with her bra and undergarments but it looks like you can see her nipples or her bra. She's already said the words "divine, gorgeous and sublime" about twenty times each and we haven't even got inside yet. Not sure I can stomach seeing another one of these influencers events. Most "normal" people would kill to have breakfast at Claridges, but of course they'll never, ever get the chance and also wouldn't be able to afford it.

I enjoy her travel vlogs because she actually shows you around the area she's visiting not just doing 'paid for advertorials' in different hotel rooms like other influencers who presumably then claim the trip as a work expense.

I’ve been wondering about her brand relationships and how strong they are. I like her content so far & that she’s going for Josie’s and Lydia’s wigs but for 21k ig followers and under 8k YouTube subscribers I wouldn’t think she would have too much pull with brands. Then again her views to subs stats are great, she has daddy’s name to bank on and likely has established relationships from her showjumping days with some brands/people to know.

I think the industry needs a few fresh faces and, as someone with her own money and social contacts, she has a great start. Leonora just needs to stick with her principles and not sell her soul to the QVC-I-WILL-SELL-ANYTHING- devil.

The reason she drove all the way to London (having done her hair in the granny curls and make up) to stand in that perfume bottle and see some jackets is because a) She has nothing better or meaningful to do and b) She has convinced herself this is "work". These people are SO in their own bubbles that they genuinely consider what they do to be a job. Another one who wouldn't last half a day in a real job.
