I got 9% off a well known solicitors website, they say that's what you have to pay if you are in the higher band of earners of up to Ā£3000 per week, they said 12% was where you earned between Ā£800 to Ā£3000 but then the paragraph below that says they'll take off a further 11% from the total as he has "3 or more relevant children" he'll also clearly be providing for. There is a cap, but anything above and beyond the 12% (Its 12% btw) will be dealt with in the courts so she will be getting far more than that plus he will have to buy her house. My childs father is a footballer so I know all about this
So that's where I got that figure from
I'd also be shocked if he HAS to buy her a house, he might get talked into it if LaurYYYn has a good solicitor but I remember when Frank lampard and Elen Rivas split up - they'd been together for years and years and had kids together - and she was crying in the press saying Frank had made her and the kids move to a pokey rented flat so I'd be really shocked if a one night stand got a house just like that if she does I feel sorry for Kyle
