Could Kyle not suggest sending material items rather than money? He has lots of evidence she is spending the money on herself rather than Cairo.
My brother in law went to court for access to his girls (nasty awful controlling ex who used the kids as weapons just like our beggy) and he managed to get a big chunk of maintenance reduced by buying her items every month like nappies, clothes, food etc because he had proof she’s an ex drug addict and he didn’t trust her with the money
