in lailli’s, I had to turn up the exposure so you can see that her box is the one with a loop that holds the bracelet on (the video is her24th birthday haul- and @laili don’t bother taking it down cos I already downloaded the video LMAO)
But here are two examples of authentic s where they show it’s actually an oval shaped stand where the bracelet lays around :
Her fake Chanel pearl bag : look at how sparse and loose the pearls are especially at the corner

Lailli is probably a personal shopper. I don't think that, in a place like Dubai, that she's purchased enough things from Dior and Chanel to warrant being sent gifts and flowers. If she bought more stuff for herself, she would've showed it on her channel. She's "hauled" stuff that wasn't even hers and was never seen again. There's likely more stuff for clients she hasn't shown. Many personal shoppers and re-sellers are VICs at these places, that's how they get access to the unicorn bags

From her video “what I wore this week luxury and high street” from June 2018, around the 3 minute mark she talks about this new brand called petite that is launching soon and she’s excited for THEM and THEY make great clothes for petite girls.
