Thanks everyone for your support. Im off for a bit now. I have to gear myself up for September. I need to teach the young whippersnapper how to think and he'll be able to progress and do his job well. I can't teach anyone how to do their job, but I can teach them how to think outside the box. All my apprentices have good careers and Im glad I helped them. Im proud of every one of them. They still message me now and ask for advice. Im happy to help out. They are the sons I never had. Im very driven. Always have been this is killing me. Ive been very fit all my adult life and put the effort in. I was very ill as a child in and out of hospital. My dad said to me I'm the most proud of you. You've had to fight hard and you've achieved the most because you strive hard. Use this time to do relaxing things that you enjoy rather than pushing yourself. Resting is the best way for your body to recover.
What youβre going through doesnβt make you less strong and how youβre feeling is understandable considering all youβre coping with.
It might be worth taking a multivitamin if you donβt already, the body uses a lot of nutrients to repair itself and if youβre depleted in any that can make you feel low. Sending love and hugs

Yes send the puppy padsI honestly didn't think we'd be in this situation with covid now. I mean at the moment it's a nasty cold for me, I feel tit but it triggered a seizure lunchtime today so now I'm going to have to put my meds up
I'll probably sleep flat out tonight...MrEms snoring won't wake me up

I'm okay, thank you! Unfortunately bruises get worse before they get better and I look worse than the weekend. Horrendous for dropping the wean off at footy camp but I won't hide away. I've got red burst bits in my eyes now, a few chips in my teeth and the inside of my lip has gone black too but on the mend. Thank you for your concern!
