The definition is “Grooming is when someone builds a relationship, trust and emotional connection with a child or young person so they can manipulate, exploit and abuse them.” She didn’t abuse him but she absolutely manipulated and exploited his vulnerability and if you still think she didn’t then how would you feel if that was your brother or son?. Even talking about OF to a 15 year old is exploitation.

There's many types of grooming, not just sexual.
Many many young vunerable teenagers are groomed and exploited by drug dealers and used by them.
More extreme cases would be children being groomed by terrorist groups and taken into the fold at a young age.

I don’t doubt Lindsay and Ross are keeping an eye on Tattle, so I would encourage them to complete the Retrospective Abuse Reporting Form with TUSLA and make an official report about her. Lindsay calling her “Kneevo the P***o” on Stories is only going to harm any official investigation. Let the authorities take it over now.
