A colleague of mine is doing it now, you have to find a sponser hospital. When you get there they will put you through any additional training but its harder to be a nurse here then it is over there. Our nursing education system is far superior.
Its just a hunch. Nursing is one of the jobs you can immigrate to america on. You have to do so many hours to keep your pin number that allows you to be a nurse (spoiler, i am one

So its a hunch but i think at some point, she will talk about moving over there. I have no doubt that if it wasnt for the kids, she would already be trying to live "closer to the magic".
