Her workouts are all over the place. She never mixes it up. Same tit every time. She thinks mixing it up is doing some cardio or swimming.
You get many different exercises that you can do. Of course Kirsty is doing the most simple one which will be working her arms and back.what’s it for? Your arms I’m guessing as you couldn’t engage your core that way!
Yeah she should be mixing it up. If I was her I would be working much harder and do legs one day and upper body the next. I do that and work much harder than her. I could not talk during my workouts.To get actual results she needs to be following an actual workout plan. With a split between upper/lower body. She does about 5 half arsed exercises every time.
