Wow.... just shows what she must eat when she IS hungry 😂🙈

She’s taking her time , she defo knows we are waiting..... makes me think it will be a loss.....
I do think she will have a loss but she’s so massive it won’t make any sort of dent on her massive gaining spree lately. Most of us could probs tit out 4 pounds yet it takes her 234 weeks 😂

its been 45 minutes almost since she went to group so if it was a loss we would know about it. She’s probably googling whether protein shakes make you gain muscle faster before she posts that as her excuse.
 
If the only thing that changed was the protein shakes then this proves that all the other gains were not muscle. Having protein shakes wouldn't prevent you from gaining lbs and lbs of muscle. Quite the opposite actually 😂

So Jan was a massive fail.
At least she has started Feb off with a loss but she has the rest of the month to gain that back again 😂

How can she say she sees a massive difference in herself? Unless she has some magic mirrors . The photos are there for everyone to see hun. Your getting bigger. And it’s not muscle it’s fat
This looks like when she sucked her belly in to show a difference.

How much has she lost overall now since the start of her journey as she’s not sharing this information?
Doesn’t mean anything if she’s up down like a yo-yo
