When I got my vaccine I drove past a supermarket we went to when I was a child. Maybe I should have got emotional and teary eyed about it?!

It almost feels like one-upmanship with a covid vaccine!

Similar experience for me. As a child I fell over and grazed my knee on the pavement outside the exact location of my vaccination centre. I really had to build the courage to walk on those same slabs again. But I did it y'all, and going in to have the vaccine straight after reliving that awful ordeal really made me realise just how strong I am. Think I'll write a book about it.

I had my vaccines at completely different venues to the rest of my family. There was no emotional attachment for me does that mean I have to throw the whole family away?

I am not from UK originally so sadly no attachement or connection. I was just glad to be able to get vaccinated. How low are my expectations.

All these beautiful stories.... we should write an anthology with our vaccination site stories. Seriously though.... I can't comprehend the 'it means so much' mentality. It doesn't matter if you got your jab behind a skip or in the room where you were born. It makes no difference.

Her Mum's kitchen colour scheme is cute but I'm not sure how you'd make sure it stays clean and dust free. The light fitting is gross.
