Costs peanuts to set-up a company and can be done in minutes. I think all this should be tightened up. Look at the GC; one of her clothing companies went under owing £75K plus but she has been able to open another. I think any old debts should be transferred to any new enterprises unless there is a special judgement like your fellow director ran off with the funds, etc.I had a look at who is behind JYY.
