..i know someone who is currently going through the process of trying to get licence back…they only go through Docs if you are High Risk (regardless of passing blood test which is standard as high risk offender) and the one thing they make very clear is you are not to drive in the interim just cos your ban has ended..you must wait for dvla to confirm ok to drive and issue licence!! It has nothing to do with Docs directly ..they don’t decide either way they just provide the info for the dvla to make a decision! I’m sick of reading the paperwork tbh which for some reason she always asks me to!!
