When I was in my teens I dyed my hair all shades of red and burgundy . My hair was the same colour as yours at one time ...Sensation Red if I recall?? . I loved it . I have never been blonde because I'm naturally dark brown and blonde wouldn't suit me at all.

Yep my real colour is very dark brown, though I'm about 30 per cent grey, including white hairs ( I'm 47).
I use a red hair dye from superdrug
Then small blonde streaks in but only by a fine comb no tinfoil or whatever it is nowadays lol.
To finish I put on a semi permanent colour from a lovely cerise or red to a cherry colour.
I don't do all three after the other though it takes alot of time.

Sensation red sounds very nice, I've not heard of that one..mine is ravishing red superdrugs own.

I love blonde but a few people say it didn't suit me, I feel more confident with red or blonde hair esp as I'm not confident much anyway lol xx

No I haven't sadly, loved him funny you mentioning Alex as I went with my then teen daughter to the Casino Cabaret rooms in Rochester to see him, our table was right in front of the stage and he got my girl up to sing Aphrodisia with him, she was all of quiver bless her and red as a beetroot especially when he gave her his sweaty face towel, I believe she still has it (washed of course) to this day, I was happy that my girl enjoyed the same music as me. My bestie(God rest her soul)and I used to travel all over where our faves were appearing( Tavares Heatwave, Earth Wind and Fire, Stylistics, Four Tops, Rose Royce etc etc) much to my ex's disapproval, he's a Slim Whitman and Folk fan wonderful memories!
