Didn’t Chloe say last night, when Harvey was in Newcastle with them he nearly did something to her,, KP just laughed about it. I’ll have a listen again when I get home
Yes she said he nearly “killed” her….over exaggeration I think he fell and almost crushed her

She did! Two songs, but fortunately for me I missed it 🤣🤣! Don’t worry Krusties MrJaynie got it all for me. He’s working today but I will get those videos later, as well as posting the videos I took of her - I need to edit them into smaller videos for Tattle. I’ve only now woken up and I need a little time to humanise.
Come on Jaynie 🥳🥳

Looks like Skank created another fake IG account before she went out last night judging by the comments on the cat photo.

Out of interest, if Harvey did commit an assault and was charged and convicted, what would the likely punishment be? And I assume he would have to leave National Star?

No offence meant with above question I'm just genuinely curious.

I also remember the allegation someone posted here that he assaulted a teacher at National Star. Dunno if true, but serious if so.
I used to work with people like Harvey, it is very hard to prove intent and premeditation, but it is not unusual for people like Harvey to be charged with assault. Of course capacity to understand and his learning disabilities would come into play. I,m not sure of the terminology these days but if convicted of assault he could be detained under Section 37 of the Mental Health Act to a secure learning disability placement . If it was a more serious issue he could be have a section 41 restriction added which meant he could only be released by the Home Office. Apologies if this is not the way now but I retired 14 years ago so things may have changed

Thanks for this info. Poor Harvey he has been badly let down by the Price family. I hope the school has his best interests at heart but after reading about a case of misconduct that happened there and also knowing how the World Record was handled, I don't have great faith.

By 'secure learning disability placement' do you mean National Star would not qualify?

I know of case in Scotland where a young man (approximately 25 years old) broke six ribs of a mental health nurse whilst in a mental health facility and then was sectioned. This was about 5 years ago.

That would have to happen, what I think is unlikely is that someone like Harvey would be charged with anything, what would be the point. He's already in a residential home, he would probably just be put somewhere more secure as you describe. I had one family member work as a carer for a severely autistic, non-verbal adult like Harvey, he was also a large individual. There were always two carers with him at all times. The young man 'kicking off' and assaulting them was a regular occurrence. My sister works in children's homes. There's one 8 year old she looks after who regularly assaults teachers and home staff. They put him in 'time out' and they're not allowed to restrain him unless it's really serious. Should the kid be arrested every time he does it? I would say not. If Harvey has a similar mental age I doubt there's any point legally to arresting him. He needs to be protected and the public protected but arrest and charges wouldn't do that.

Well done @JaynieDay for going above and beyond for your super sleuthing!! 😂 Good job there was tequila to ease the discomfort. She looks every bit as bad as I thought she would. Did Chloe get a look in at all?
I didn’t see Chloe or Harvey, but I did see JJ. He was at the back of the stage by the exit and security, I have a photo

So I’m hungover, but a Jaynie hangover is actually a good one - I wake up feeling really chirpy and chipper, but I’m a complete space cadet and will be for the next few hours.

@SmillieKylie would you mind giving me some help on editing videos into a shorter video on the Krusties thread, so I can upload as many videos as possible for you all to see as soon as possible. I’m a bit of a Luddite when it comes to this and some of the videos I have tried uploading are too large.

I did get a video of Skank singing! I was too drunk to realise 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤣🥴🤣🤣. In fairness I think my brain was protecting me from the trauma 😁.

Here is a short video and more photos I took to tide you all over until I can edit the longer videos.

Also, the bleep cost me a £60 taxi fare as we missed the last train home because the bleep was late. Bless MrJaynie who said we could get a taxi home just so I could see her, he is an absolute treasure.

So, whilst waiting for our lovely Krusty cup of tea I thought I'd take a leaf out of Skanky's book and do a spot of self care. 😎
So far I've been sprayed with Creosote from head to foot, had long pieces of plastic superglued to my nails, gaffer taped my face to lift my features skywards, sharpied and laminated my eyebrows on, put 12 pairs of false lashes on and stuck some jelly babies on my lips. I'm trying to persuade Mr Bad to weave 10000 bootlaces into my hair by way of extensions and a bouncy blow plus lend me his rugby glow in the dark gumshield. All whilst lounging in a reclining chair admiring myself in the mirror and texting any young male zleb who replies back.
I'm loving my new look, do you love it too? 💋💅💇💈💓

Hi all sorry - no recap as I still haven't caught up on #359 - which you can find here

😋

Thank you to @Rockin' Robin for the thread title!

I think I need to give some credit to our @Stan Butler for his beautiful rendition of the Skank via the medium of Giant Wotsits - he really captured her intelligence and honour.

And the tiny eye is genius!

We really are a very cultured bunch!

Keep tattling - off to finish catching up!!

This makes me angry. I HATE grifting. It's not like she's even a popular influencer, the hotel shouldn't have given her this freebie. Just pay for your own bloody weekend away! No dignity among them.
I see she’s ready the all you can eat complete with an orange doggy bag.
Grifting game MASSIVE

JJ called.He wants this back…

This has been asked before and someone disagreed with me but personally I don't think he'd be charged. He supposedly got the mental age of a seven year old, so how could he be held criminally responsible? It wouldn't be in the public interest to charge someone like Harvey. His caregivers and whatever adult were looking after him would be more liable IMO.
They are more lenient in the country. Look at that case in America. The lad is facing 30 years for beating up a teachers aid.

I didn’t know traffic cones ate dinner!

Wonder how Carl (notice I'm using his name and not being cruel) will react when the OK rag interview comes out, usually lots of glossy pics and "how much we love each other" comments, can't be a nice feeling when 2 minutes after you split she's fully moved on.
It will be interesting. Carl knows the game and he’ll know she is trying to wind him up. Still down to how he manages his feelings (if any are still there) and temper!

Well done @JaynieDay

There's taking one for the team. Then there's going above and beyond the call of duty spaffing money up the wall on a cab all because the arrogant bleep has no sense of decency when it comes to her fans and lateness

👏

No it is an “open” residential service. It would be a specialised secure as in locked doors alarms locked or even barred windows. In the 80,s early 90,s Ashworth Secure Hospital went under another name and was used for people who were sentenced under the mental health act.
