he can not say anything because he as been part of what ever she as been doing for the last 2 and half years if he opened his gob and said anything it will also only make him look as bad(even though it is her that is ripping people off if he as been helping her or profiting from her scams he is as bad(setting up priceywoods to help hide any money she may have been paid,going along with the holidays are all work and going along with everything is freebies,or how much she is actually taking cash in hand)

one of the things i think she should have been done for was taking a directors loan of 150k out of one of the companies(this is legal but should not be) she was running and leaving no money in the bank of that company knowing bills were due then a couple of months later it going into liquidation(a company goes into liquidation when it becomes insolvent meaning when it can not pay its bills due)this should be treated as THEFT (the administrators for the company have admitted it is not even worth going after the money or even adding it to her bankruptcy because she owes so much it would be a waste of time for them)that is why she is now banned from being a director of another company but they do have the power even with limited companies to go after a director if they think they have not acted in the companies best interest they prob can not be bothered because the worst that would happen is they bring chargers she would get fined and the fine would be added to her bankruptcy so no point(doubt it would result in jail time)but it would have been on record that she was done for THEFT from a company while acting as a director

surely she cant have a loan when she is bankrupt ? she would not be able to get credit ? she should not even apply for it,as its against bankrupcy rules ? did she ok the loan, to herself ? if not, who did ? surely some of this would also come under fraud ? how many aliases does she have ? if she goes under different names and passports , this is widespread fraud surely ? how does she get away with it all ? i would love to know because at the moment i am being pursued by a debt company for a debt of £48, that was paid in full before 2017, unfortually,since moving 2 years ago,i have nothing to prove it (got rid of all paperwork older than 3 years old). the company i paid it to, has changed numbers or gone bust, as i cant get hold of them for proof. how does she get away with it ?

Also, if your debt of £48 is from more than 6 years ago it's probably unenforceable, as in no-one can legally make you pay it.

A Director's "loan" isn't a loan in the usual sense, from a financial institution. It's when the Director of a company uses company funds for personal spend. Its called, in the company accounts, DLA (Director's Loan Account) usually. It's dodgy bookkeeping the way she's done it. It'd usually be used when, for example, a Director uses the company bank account to buy something for himself, and intends to pay it back. It's reflected in year-end accounts as a debit, and should be repaid.

So she's used this loophole sorta thing, to withdraw £150k for her personal spend, with zero intention of paying it back.

they have messaged me twice so far,first time i told them on the phone and second time i sent them an email. im fumming ,like how many times do they want to be paid. ive told them to f+ck off. i think the problem is,it was for virgin when i moved address, virgin was not in the area, so i had to go to another supplier, i was paying them, but half way through paying them they changed collectors , so i paid half to one lot and the rest to the second lot, until they were paid. when we were moving 2 years ago, we were thinking of changing interent connection again, i queried with virgin and they said i still had a balance out standing ( which i knew was untrue) i told them it was paid, (company collecting had not informed them it was paid), havent heard anything untill jan this year and they are doing my head in. i think i must have reactivated something when i inquired about changing over, before we moved. i paid via monthly dd, i dont want to send bank statements (unless i got to). Branson is bleeping loaded and im not suprised if hes trying to charge everyone twice. i told them they were bastards, and im not paying twice . how does skanky get away with things ? its just amazing and very unfair !
